When I emailed them about the gallery closure, I had to ask them very specific questions in an ordered list, and then they were pretty helpful.
Ok, maybe I should try being more pacific when the next time I call or email them.
That's the only way that I've found them to give answers. Otherwise they say something like "we'll report this to the such-and-such people, but there doesn't seem to be a problem to us; maybe you should restart your computer" or something like that.

Have you seen how the Ninjago gallery has been updated? I can't click on any posts and all the old links and tabs don't work either. Are you having these problems too?

"Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I must apologize for the delay in responding to your request. Unfortunately, we are still working through our larger than normal volume of requests received during our holiday closures. I appreciate your patience with us.
I’m really sorry to hear you’re unable to use the galleries section of the NINJAGO page. I currently using internet explorer and I just used the link you provided. Thank you for that. I had no issues getting the gallery to open and allowing me to add a photo to the gallery.
Are you currently logged into a LEGO ID on our website? This is required to submit a photo. I also had no issue in viewing the galleries when opening the diffent themes for photo.
Please give our office a call if you need any further assistance.
It’s good that you took the time to let us know things weren’t right. Comments like yours will help us get better and better at what we do, and our management team will follow up on the issues you raised. Although our service didn’t meet your expectations this time, I hope that in the future you’ll give us another chance to earn your trust."
Urgh. They didn't even read what I told them. I'll wait until the post-holidays madness is over to try again?

I am, too! I think it's some kind of funky update trying to make up for the glitch or something.

I don't know, but if it's not fixed soon, Lego will be hearing from me...

ARGHH!! You can't email them again about that problem yet, because the galleries still don't even work any. Hopefully that problem will be fixed when someone actually gets around to fixing the galleries.

I don't know how many days years it'll be until the Galleries are fixed, so I guess I only have one option: Post the story here. Chapter 22: Driving Lessons The streets were deserted. Fallen leaves lay on the pavement down the middle of the picturesque park. Few signs of life could be seen in the city, as most of the people had run to Stixx. The hospital had transported all their patients to Stixx, including Kai and Cole. Zane was still evil and probably helping the ghosts with their schemes. Jay and Nya were stuck in the Departed Realm, and Lloyd was under possession yet again. Even Wu and Misako had been captured by evil Zane. There was nobody left that could help him. Suddenly, a gigantic brown tabby cat appeared, jumping down from a tree. It began to run towards Andrew. Andrew let out a squeak of fear as he ran from it, skittering around the park and then up a tree. He stood on a long branch to look below at the enemy to see the cat was beginning to climb up the tree toward him. Andrew began to morph his body shape and transform back into a human. The cat’s eyes widened to see such a sight. “Good luck eating me now, kitty!” Andrew taunted. The cat cocked an eyebrow. She began to climb back down the tree, meowing something sounding similar to either “good to see I’m not the only here,” or “should do me fine not to be here.” Perhaps he was just imagining things. Andrew himself began to climb back down the tree. He needed a way to get back to the temple, but walking from where he was would take nearly an eternity – he’d be older than Wu by the time he arrived. Suddenly, his glance was caught by a gleaming green car by the side of the road. Nobody was in the town; nobody would be there to use it nor pull anybody over. Andrew had an idea. He ran over to the green roadster, opened the side door, and hopped in. The owners of the car must have been in a rush to leave the city on the train to Sitxx, considering they still left the keys inside. Andrew turned them, making the motor purr in preparation of acceleration. He stretches out his leg to hit the gas, but only hitting the brake. He moved his foot onto another pedal, and upon hitting it, the car lurched forward. He released a yelp of fear. He immediately removed his foot from the gas pedal, and the car stopped just before hitting a tree. Andrew gasped for breath. He hadn’t expected the car to go so fast! He pulled the lever-like thing until it met the letter “R,” which Andrew was pretty sure meant it would put the car in reverse. Andrew put his foot back on the gas, very slowly this time. The car peacefully backed out to the street. He put the car back into “drive” and turned the wheel, making the car go down the street’s exit. The car was moving peacefully down the road, but Andrew felt the experience wasn’t exhilarating enough. He suddenly stamped down on the gas. The car lurched forward, knocking Andrew back as it suddenly sped down the street. It zoomed past shops and businesses, a couple times crushing street signs. Andrew put his hands on the wheel, mildly shocked. The car continued down the road, but buildings began to disappear and the road turned to dirt. The path began to disappear as Andrew knew he was back in the Sea of Sand. There was nothing to get into his way except pure sand, which gave Andrew the confidence he could do what he pleased in the area. He began spinning the wheel wildly, making car swerve back and forth across the desert, whooping with excitement. He spotted a mound of sandstone in the desert, sticking up like a ramp. The car would land on sand – what could possibly go wrong? He put his foot harder on the gas pedal, making it accelerate further towards the block. The car sped up the “ramp,” filling Andrew with adrenaline as it flew off the edge, leaping through the air. He felt the car begin to spin mid-air. Andrew suddenly realized something. If the car was spinning in the air, the car might not land on the tires. If the car didn’t land upon its tires, he might get less of a soft landing. He didn’t have time to be scared. The car landed upside-down, crushing the sunroof, shattering the windshield and smashing the top. Andrew sat dumbstruck for several moments, letting the situation sink in. He had just stolen somebody’s car and smashed it. Perhaps there were alternative methods of returning home. Andrew finally gained enough mental energy to open the door of the turned-over car. The movement sent a couple pieces of glass from the windshield upon the sand below him. He stepped out of the car slowly, as to be careful to avoid sharp glass upon the ground. He looked back at the car – it was a complete wreck. He was lucky to make it out without any injury. After a bit of staring, he began walking back to the temple. Thankfully it wasn’t too far off. He still felt a bit shaken after the startling experience; his heart raced at an incredible speed while a hint of adrenaline still pounded in his veins. He finally arrived at the bottom of the temple. He looked up upon the floating grounds, seeing there was no apparent way for him to get up there on his own. Thankfully, the ninja had already thought of a solution for this. He brushed off some sand and pressed a large, red button which had been uncovered. A hatch opened up from the ground, and a small, mechanical pod raised up, large enough to fit in one person. Andrew walked inside it, and the glass door shut. The pod suddenly jerked up and shot towards the temple. The ninja knew Andrew would have problems getting to the top of the temple by himself, so Nya took the time and care to build the pod up to the temple, which would also be helpful for people such as the mailman. The pod finally stopped, letting Andrew step off onto the temple grounds. He walked slowly towards the large door, still attempting to process the recent events. He was the only ninja left – what was he expected to do? Would there be any more villains to fend off? He swung open the doors and walked into the main entrance of the temple. He began walking to his room for the opportunity to analyze the situation when he saw a scrap of paper with something written upon it in front of Misako’s door. He picked it up and read what was scrawled upon it: “Koko, when would be a good time to inform Andrew about Camille?” Andrew was confused in two ways. The first bout of confusion was concerning the name “Koko” – was this another person, or a nickname for Misako? The second statement of concern was who Camille was. Andrew quickly remembered Wu had a library full of files on all of their adventures. He raced down the corridor and down stairs toward a large room with numerous shelves full of files. He stopped at one shelf and rooted through the alphabetically organized files, stopping around the C’s to find a file marked “Camille.” Upon opening it, he gazed upon many paragraphs of information and images of a girl with striking purple locks of hair. One phrase by her profile picture caught Andrew’s attention – “Elemental Master of Form.” Form?! That was Andrew’s element! This was exceedingly confusing. How could there be two elemental masters of the same element? It made no sense. The only way such an occurrence could happen would be if – “But it can’t be . . .” Andrew thought. There was only one plausible solution. Camille was Andrew’s sister.
[The cat scene isn’t important to the story whatsoever; sorry if it seemed like it was misdirection. It was a reference to LordTigress’ Roots of Earth. Oh, and I’ve never driven a car so the descriptions may have been off-beat.]

1. Ha ha! That's good!! Love the reference!! 2. Fun. ( And not fun ) I don't drive yet, so I couldn't tell you if you did it exactly the way it is or not. Sounded pretty accurate though. 3. Ohhh, that makes sense. Curious to see where this is going.
