"Thanks for getting in touch with us. This computer generated email is just to confirm that we’ve received your message. One of our Advisors will get in touch with you personally in the next few days."
I guess "a few days" isn't over yet?
Oh yeah, that email. You'll have to wait 3-500 days.

What I said: "Hello, I and many other users have encountered issues with the themed Lego.com Galleries."
How they responded: "Thanks for getting in touch with us. I’m sorry you’re having a problem with our website. No matter what the specific problem is, it usually helps if you delete your temporary internet files and cookies. You can quickly get to the right place to delete your cookies by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete if you’re using Windows or Shift+Command+Delete if you’re using a Mac. Once you’re there, tick the box or boxes for ”Cookies” and ”Temporary Internet Files” and then hit enter on your keyboard. Another cause for this could also be they are shutting down the galleries. You can also try a different web browser or see if logging out of your LEGO® ID helps to solve the problem." If you’ve tried that and it didn’t work, we’re more than happy to help you out over the phone. You can find our phone number at the top of this email. If you need to find out the hours we’re available, please visit service.LEGO.com/contactus."

Thanks for the help. -_-
I'm tempted to give them a phone call, I have Lego's number in the contacts on my phone so it would be easy if I could escape my siblings for a bit. Except, the phone costumer service people are just about as helpful with this kind of thing as the email people are...
