After a moment of silence Alpha said. " I know my son is in Hiroshi's Labyrinth, could you please at least show us exactly where? " Zephyr didn't answer. " At least tell me if he's alive and healthy. " Said Alpha. " He is. " " Well... I guess you probably need time to think about all this. I'll lead you to your new room myself. " Just before Alpha and Zephyr left the room, Zephyr noticed it had gotten brighter and that she could see the tapestries better, she realised they matched the story Alpha had just told her. Her grandfather led her down the hall and then up some steps, they took a right and went past a bunch of different doors until they stopped at one that Alpha opened. Inside there was a large bed, a wardrobe, a rug on the stone floor, and widow that appeared to be barred up. " We put vengestone bars up to be safe. " He was silent for a moment, he seemed to be studying her. " You know, you look quite a bit like your mother, however, your eyes are definitely like your father's. It was a pleasure meeting you granddaughter. " He then shoved her into the room and closed and locked the door. Great, locked up again... thought Zephyr. She paced around the room thinking over and over about what she had just been told. Alpha was right, it was a lot to take in at once. Eventually though she grew tried enough that she let herself lay on the bed which was surprisingly comfortable and clean. She wondered if she'd ever see her friends or family again. What her grandfather had said about Jadyn had both angered and frightened her. There had to be some way out of here though, right? She realized that if she wanted to see Jadyn, her father, Sensei or anyone else again she'd have to find a way out of here. Even if it ment trying every crazy plan under the sun until she departed...
You go, girl. I like how Zephyr's handling all this. She's so chill, she ought to have been the Master of Ice.
Pretty much what Tigress said except Zephyr has blonde hair with blue streaks, and I imagine her gi as a more normal blue. Also I picture Lloyd with gray and blonde hair, but that's not really a big deal.
Thanks Tigress!
In all the pictures I've seen of her, her hair looks white. . . xD I need to get my eyes checked again. Oh.
You're welcome. :3
Nah you're right, it dose look kinda white in most pictures you've probably seen. Probably the color of tan I use , or my camera, or both. In story canon though, it is blonde. (If you've imagined her with white her all this time and want to continue to do so, by all means go for it. )
Alfida was desperate to find our son again and so was I. If he stayed with elemental masters he might be unintentionally smashed with them when the day comes to do so. So once our daughter was old enough to look after himself Alfida took a team and raided Borg Tower one night in hopes of getting her hands on a device that can track anyone, but she was not successful and she and her team are in prison to this day. The only reason I haven't tried to break her out is that she made me promise to not go after her if something happened, a promise that breaks my heart to keep every day... I intended to send someone else in to get the same device so that maybe I could find our son like she wanted to so badly... " Alpha paused as if thinking of something. " But the person I sent failed as well. However you're here now, which changes everything. " " So how exactly did you find me? " Asked Zephyr. " When I heard that Lloyd was putting together a team of ninja awhile back, I of course was cerious who was on it, and when you interrupted our mineing we looked into it. We had records for everyone at the time except for you. Which got me even more cerious, and wondered if you could be a master of gravity, someone who could know where my son was. When I was told you had a knife like ours that was given to you by your father I suspected you might be Zechariah's daughter. So we got you to come to that town where we forced you to use your elemental powers, and sure enough, gravity. It was then I knew for sure you must be my granddaughter. We broke your jet so you would be easier to track and placed a temporary tracking device on one of you in the group, I'm not sure who it was though. We followed you to your dojo so we now know where you live and we waited until last night to attack and bring you here. "
@bold: Azelela. . .
You're so nosy, Grandpa. But the thing about his wife is sad..
Even I'm not happy she got cought. But I must remind myself it's better this way in the long term...
" Ok... " Zephyr wasn't sure what to say now but she figured she better keep asking questions so he wouldn't start asking questions about where her family was, her father had probably wanted to remind secret for good reasons. She ask something she cerious about. "So how did your face, get like that?... " Asked Zephyr. " Why don't you ask Jadyn if we let him live long enough to see you again, he could tell you all about it... " Said Alpha ominously. Zephyr stood up, glared and bared her teeth as his remark. "You don't like that? " Asked Alpha. *** " So you want me alive? But I'm an elemental master. " " Of course! What's one elemental master if all the rest are gone anyway? Besides you could always give up your power. You are one of us, you are a part of the bloodline of wolves, in fact you probably have purer wolf blood then most. " Zephyr realized if this was the case then so was her siblings, Alpha would be delighted to hear that probably, however she had no idea what he'd do to her family members who he didn't share blood with. For all she knew he might order that they be smashed along with the elemental masters.
I KNEW IT! Did I ever voice this theory--? I think I forgot to. I did wonder if Alpha's face had something to do with the thing that troubles Jadyn and his own scar/burn-thing.
Holy cow. o _ o
Very smart. This will definitely be elaborated on in the near future...

Don't give up. o,o
That's actually ironic that you say that, for more than one reason.
Jadyn examined the one the darts that had downed him in battle. From what he could tell it had been filed with a mixture of sleeping lily pollen, water, and a medicine he was pretty sure was for helping people sleep. This combination wasn't uncommon, he'd made some himself before. It was for getting your subject very drowsy and basically almost asleep, it could be used for medical use or for something like this. Lisa came inside, Jadyn could tell by her face she had bad news. " I couldn't find her. " " Didn't you tell her to run off though? " Asked Moe, him and Nathan were trying to make Sensei as comfortable as possible. He hadn't woke up yet and was injured in several places. Lisa repiled. " I didn't think she'd go that far, just far enough so that she would be safe from getting shoot like you guys did. And I'm telling you, it seemed like they were after her. What if they cought her? This is all my fault, I never should have let her out of my sight. " " It's not your fault Lisa, you were trying to help. " Said Jadyn trying to comfort her, but it didn't seem to work. Just then there was a scratching at the back door. Lisa opened it, Peak was outside right in front of the door flapping his enormous wings and making strange sounds in his throat. Lisa went outside, Jadyn put down the dart on the kitchen counter and went out the door after her to see what the bird wanted. Moe and Nathan followed. Peak was now in the air circling around, once they were all outside he flew a little ways and then set down on the nearest hill and looked back at them. " I think he wants us to follow! " Said Lisa. " Are you sure? " Asked Nathan. " He might've seen where Zephyr went. " Said Lisa hopefully. " I suppose we follow him then. " Said Jadyn. It didn't seem like they had many other options to find Zephyr, and the sooner they found her the better. " Wait, who's going to look after Sensei? " Asked Moe. " What if they come back and decide to finish him off while we're gone? "
" Someone should stay back then. " Said Lisa. They all turned to look at Nathan. " Really guys? I get it, I don't have as much training and I'm not an elemental master, but couldn't I still help? " Said Nathan. " Fine, how about rock, paper, scissors? " Suggested Moe. Lisa nodded and said. " Sure, we face off one on one and then the losers play each other, the loser of the losers stays. " Peak screeched annoyed as they got ready to play. Jadyn was going against Moe, they put out thier hands, Jadyn had played rock and Moe had played paper, so Moe won. Lisa had lost to Nathan so Jadyn and Lisa had to play. He hoped he would win this, of course Lisa was probably thinking the same thing, whatever happened next, fair was fair. They both put out thier hands. Lisa had played scissors and he had played rock again, Jadyn had won, so he got to go. " See you guys later I guess... I'll make sure Sensei is safe. " Said Lisa. They were about to follow Peak when Jadyn remember something. " Just a second, I need to grab something." He ran inside and pulled a backpack out from under his bed, he had pre packed it for emergencies. He didn't know if they'd need any of the stuff, but if they did he'd be glad he grabbed it. He rushed back outside and he, Moe and Nathan followed Peak as he took flight. They followed him all day, taking rests when needed, by the time the sun was setting the three of them were still following him.

By now they were in a forest, the third forest that day. Peak landed just ahead of them waiting for the three boys to catch up. Jadyn was sore and sweaty from moving all day, he wondered how much further Peak would take them. Did he even know where Zephyr was? Something in his mind was telling him Zephyr wouldn't go this far on her own. Could something have happened to her? Lisa said it seemed like they were after her. But what did they want with Zephyr? He forced himself to keep moving, faster if he had to. " I don't know, how much longer, we can do, this. " Said Nathan through breaths. Moe had started counting his steps awhile back and Jadyn would sometimes hear Moe say the number under his breath, however Jadyn was making an effort to ignore him since he didn't want to know how far they'd traveled, he was trying to stick to the mindset that he just had to keep going. " We have to keep going, we can't give up until we know for sure... " Jadyn reminded them. " If we smash ourselves walking it's not going to help her. " Said Nathan. Jadyn stopped, although he was sure he could keep going for longer, he knew they needed to rest now and then. " Fine, we can rest for a bit. " Said Jadyn. Moe lay down on the ground still counting even though he wasn't moving, and Nathan sat down on a nearby log. " You got any water or food in that pack of yours? " Asked Nathan. " It's for emergencies. " " What's an emergency to you man? I'd say this counts. " Said Nathan. " Alright, alright... " Jadyn took the heavy backpack off his back and unzipped it. He took out some dried food and a water bottle. He handed them to Nathan and said. " Drink and eat a little and then give some to Moe. " Moe took his face out of the dirt and said. " Wait, we all have to share the same water bottle? " " I only packed one. " repiled Jadyn. " Ok, but nobody spit in it. " Said Moe sitting up. Nathan had some food and water and so did Moe. Jadyn was about to put it away when Moe said. " Hang on, you need some too. " Jadyn ate and drank just a little like he was told, he was glad he did though since he felt somewhat refreshed after he did.

" What else do you have in that pack? " Asked Moe. " Lots of different things, mostly for survival, first aid and random stuff I figured could come in handy if a surprise mission ever happens." He replied. " I guess we better keep going. " Said Nathan standing up. Jadyn put his backpack back on and Moe stood up. Peak screeched and flew into the air, and they followed. It wasn't long before Peak suddenly set down on a rock and looked off in the distance at something. By now it was dark and in this part of the forest it was foggy. Jadyn, Nathan and Moe came over by him to see what he was looking at. At the bottom of the revene in front of them was a rock mass that had a cave, and it was hard to say from how far away they were, but part of the rock mass seemed to be man made. Peak didn't move. Was this it? " I guess we go down there and check it out? " Said Moe sounding unsure. " There could be warriors down there. " Said Nathan. Jadyn said nothing, trying to collect his thoughts and figure this out. " One of us could go down there to make sure it's safe, if it is we could all check out the cave." Said Jadyn. " So who's going to check it out? " Asked Nathan. Moe grinned and said. " We could do what penguins do and try to push each other down the revene. " " Are you sure penguins do that?" Asked Nathan skeptically . " I saw it on TV. " Said Moe. " Either way, I don't think we're doing that. " Said Jadyn. " Rock, paper, scissors again? " Said Moe. " Or we could just all go, there's probably nothing down there anyway and we're just being paranoid. " Said Nathan. Jadyn spotted a rock on the ground. " Let's see. " He said throwing it down the revene. Nothing happened. Moe picked up a rock and did the same, his hit another rock below making a noise. Still nothing. " Alright let's all go. " Jadyn said starting to make his way down the revene. " Try to be stealthy though... " He added.

Ahh. . . that might explain it. (Nope, you're right, the image of Zephyr with white and blue-streaked hair is a permanent image in my head now. xD)
