" Let's try doing Dance of the Elements." Said Jadyn. They both chose a starting position, and began the relaxed and steady form. Zephyr did as Sensei had tought her, moving her body slowly yet controlled as if she were under water. She imagined that she was using the element of gravity. Taking momentary control of the force of gravity already around her, bending it at her will like every master of gravity had before her and like The First Spinjizu Master had done before them. She closed her eyes, trying to feel the power. She remembered her family's warnings about staying secret, and how giving away even the smallest details could put them all in danger. She remembered being ever so careful whenever they would visit a coastal town when she was a child. Her family had been in hiding for so long and had been so careful all these years, not even daring to tell their own children the details about the enemy that hunted them... She opened her eyes to see Jadyn a few feet away, trying just as hard as she was. It didn't matter if her enemies knew she was the gravity ninja, because she wouldn't have to fight them alone... Suddenly she felt something, it was hard to explain but it was there, she unleashed it. In almost that exact moment Jadyn's hands ignited in flames, their eyes met. It took Zephyr a second to realize she was levitating a few inches off the ground! It felt like they were frozen in time for a moment. Then the flames disappeared and Zephyr lowered to ground awestruck. "We did it... " She breathed. "Yeah, we did. " Jadyn said grinning brightly. " That actually worked! " Shouted Zephyr excitedly. " Let's see if we can do it again. " Said Jadyn, he held out his hand, lighting up a small flame. Zephyr decided she'd try lifting something this time. She spotted a rock a few yards away and focused on the gravity around it, she released it from the pull of gravity allowing it to float in the air.
I CON see her element being super handy. Maybe even OP.
Yep, there's always annoying old vengestone that can stop it though.
*** He stood still, listening, the ninja were talking among themselves, however he was trying to ignore them and listen for something else. Then he heard it, the thuds of many feet hitting the ground around them. So far successful. Many hooded figures emerged from the shadows of the alley, all in black or dark gray with some other color. Each had a small cape draped over their shoulder and most had wolf paw symbols. He could could tell who they each were by their colors and ranks. Kent, yellow cape and wolf rank. Rex, purple cape, student rank. Rose, hot pink, pack rank. Delta, student rank. Maze, Xavier, Speck, Olivia and Shad. One of the ninja exclaimed at the sight of them. " It is a trap! " " We came prepared. Take them! " Said Lloyd. Haiki didn't move as everyone else jumped into action.
The light blue ninja came up next to him and said. " Don't worry, we'll protect you. " " I'm not worried. " He replied. She made a confused look at him through her ninja hood. From where he stood he could see most of what was going on. Xavier clashed with the blue ninja. Rose started fighting the red ninja. Speak went for the light green ninja. Kent, Rex, Delta, Maze and Shad all teamed up on Lloyd. Olivia glanced at Haiki as she and the light blue ninja started to fight. The heat and the tension could be felt in the air as everyone fought to hold their ground and overpower or outwit their opponents. More pack members appeared on either side of the alleyway, Lloyd and his students were now cornered. The light green one suddenly spun into a tornado of light green and orange energy. This was the first time Haiki had witnessed spinjizu in person, admittedly he was a little impressed. Lloyd's student didn't keep it up for long though, with such little space he nearly ran into his allies, so he spun to a stop and continued to fight with his weapon and body. Then it started happening, the ninja were starting to get a little overwhelmed and starting to rely on their elements. The light blue one shot ice freezing Olivia's feet to the ground. The light green one sped up and starting knocking pack members off their feet with his speed. The red ninja seemed to pause and focus as his hand became ablaze, making Rose back off. Lloyd shoot some green energy at several pack members, stunning them. A second wave of warriors came in to relieve the first. Ara, Beryl, Jeff, Ila, Mabel, Aiden and a few others. When will the blue one use her element? Haiki wondered. She was the one Alpha was most cerious about. It seemed she was still fighting off Xavier. More pack members advanced on her, but not in a way that showed she was being targeted. Xavier managed to knock her sword out of her hand, forcing her to use her hands and feet. As the other pack members approached her she was backed against the wall. The pack members took out their knives. She would have no choice but to use her element now.
The blue ninja took out a knife of her own and held her defensive stance. Finally she seemed to accept that she was outnumbered. She outreched her hand and an invisible force pushed back the pack members approaching her. As if a magnetic-like energy were keeping them from getting any closer. She waved her hand and a few of them got pushed a few feet away. Gravity! This is what they needed to know! Alpha would be pleased. The light blue ninja shouted at him. " Don't just stand there! Run away! Save yourself! " He now noticed that the elemental masters had cleared an opening out of the alleyway. That was fine, he could run. So long as someone told the ninja they were being attacked because of the mineing incident, that way they would think of the pack just as greedy miners and nothing more. However that wasn't Haiki's job, he'd have to trust someone else would do it. He glanced at his fellow pack members before rushing for the exit. He'd find out how it ended later. He ran, and kept running until he was sure he was out of sight.

Zephyr used her element once again to deal with the pressure of her enemies around her. What else could she do? Her adrenaline was rushing, her face was hot underneath her ninja suits and the cloth around her mouth was wet from her breath. Lisa came up behind the group attacking Zephyr and shot some ice at them. One who avoided her icy blast turned on her and brought their knife down on her hand! To Zephyr's shock it made impact with her hand but didn't penetrate her skin! Lisa winced and backed away from the attacker. Without thinking it through Zephyr took control of the force of gravity around Lisa's attacker lifting the person off their feet and throwing them aside. " Lisa!" Zephyr ran over to Lisa. Lisa showed Zephyr her hand briefly, it only looked bruised. " That's how I know I'm not human. " Said Lisa turning to an oncoming opponent and kicking hard at them. Moe came over by Zephyr and Lisa whacking a few enemies down. Jadyn joined them shortly after throwing fire at opponents feet and slashing the occasional knife or star at them. They all fought with their backs to each other as the hooded figures surrounded them on all side's. Sensei Lloyd was holding out his own very well, using both his skill and power. How long they'd been fighting Zephyr didn't know, it could have been minutes, yet then again it could have been hours... It was weird, it didn't seem like they were really trying to beat Zephyr and her friends, more like testing to see what they could do.

But that didn't make any sense, that sounded more like the stuff of comic books. One slashed their knife at Zephyr, she hadn't been ready for that attack and the knife cut quickly through her gi and skin on her right arm. Zephyr didn't dare look at her injury and decided to ignore it for the moment. Gradually the numbers of opponents dropped, as if they just decided to leave one by one. Soon there was only about the amount that had first appeared. They backed away, and ran away down the other side of alleyway. The injured ones must have left with help, if there was any injured for that matter. They were about to go after them when Sensei said. " Let them go. They got the fight they wanted. They told me they are with the miners we encountered and this was their revenge. Let's go home. " " But don't you want to catch them Sensei?" Asked Lisa. " I believe it would be best to have more information about them first. The last thing we want at the moment is to walk into another trap without thinking first. " They headed back to the jet to find it open. " I was afraid of this..." Said Sensei. The control panel had been opened and many of the wires cut. The supplies that had been stored in the back had been looted through and there was wolf paws, comet-like objects and other stange symbols spray painted all over the jet. Sensei was cursing and complaining under his breath as he tossed the remaining supplies out to them. Which turned out to be a first aid kit, some dried food, a few blankets and jet fuel. " They took my travelers tea and spare weapons." " Do you have any travelers tea with you? " Asked Moe. " No. " " What do you suggest we do than Sensei? " Asked Lisa. " Well we could always- Ah! " Sensei Lloyd was cut off as an arrow flew out of nowhere and inbeded itself in his leg. Soon more arrows started coming at them sticking into the ground at their feet. " Run! It's an ambush! " Cried Sensei. Lisa put down the jet fuel and they all ran for the cover of the forest on the outskirts of the town.
