Everyone was in a panic except for Alpha, Gamma, Kent and the two strangers. "What prophecy? " asked Azula Azelela. Why is it so important? She wondered.
***
Gather aurora lights Learn to survive Wolf among strangers Fox among wolves That is your signs An asteroid will come victory strong with it Look to the stars so you don't miss it
Azelela puzzled over what she had just read. Does Alpha believe this prophecy? Why the thing about the fox? Foxes were a bad omen in the pack's mythology, they represented elemental masters.
***
" Alright you are all dismissed, we all have much work to do. " Said Alpha before he turned to speak more with Gamma. Azelela, Max, Jet, Nu, Kent and the two strangers left the sky gazing tower. Max, Jet and Nu went straight to their jobs, but Kent and Azelela followed the two strangers to nearest exit. As they left she thought. Don't trip on your wealth on the way out.
1. That's what I'M wondering!! 2. Ooh. . . O3O "Wolf among strangers, Fox among wolves". . . Very cool. 3. Ooh, I like the thing with the fox representing the elemental masters. Don't ask me why. I just do. 4. Ha ha, good one, Azelela.
2. Thanks! Totally didn't take the prophecy apart, re write, and put back together at least minute or anything... 3. Thanks, I like use a lot of symbolizing if you haven't noticed. ( It's probably really confusing for anyone reading though... )
Lloyd returned to his room after a long day of training his students. He got out his journal and began to write.
As spring turns into summer my students are learning more and more. The days are long, many are hot and gruelling, but my students do their best. I believe they are doing very well, they've come a long way. There are some things though that each needs to work on. Moe is struggling with weapons for some reason. Lisa finds sparring the most difficult, although she's not that bad at it. For Zephyr it's form. And Jadyn is struggling with a new kick I've only recently tought them. And all of them have trouble on the training course. Those inhumane contraptions have been around forever and although very useful, it's one of the most difficult parts of training. For good reasons though, the training course will be one of the key things to haveing my students learn spinjitzu. The sooner they learn it the better, because once they unlock spinjitzu I can start them on training to use their elements. Once Lisa and Jadyn fully inherit theirs' of course. It will be difficult, Jadyn fears his past and his element with it. Zephyr is unsure she even has an element, although I'm sure she does, plus there's something about talking about her origins that makes her a bit paranoid. Lisa is convinced she will do well with her element, however she may be more wrong about what she thinks she knows then she thinks. Moe may not have any past experience with this kind of thing, but what he does know maybe I can use. I write these things to stay focused, I try to keep my mind on my students, but by watching them, I'm reminded of my friends...

I kind of feel like a creep-o for reading Lloyd's diary journal entry.

Season 4 is the good stuff, but you have to see all the seasons for anything to make sense. Which episodes did you see?
Sorry, but to me, the movie stinks.
No, not really. The idea is cool, but they pull it off badly, at least in the episodes I saw.
Not really, but sure, we CON go with that.
Uh...the rise of the snakes stuff, I think. And the original dealings with the skeletons and the golden weapons.
It's not LEGO's finest show, but hey, the animation was killer.
How did they pull it off badly? What turned you off? So you only saw the pilot and some episodes from season 1 or 2... Hmmm... Have you seen ANYTHING that's half way through season 2 and beyond? ( and no the movie does not count. )
Sorry for bombarding you with questions, I just want to know why.

The humor didn't really entertain me, and I felt the characters didn't have enough depth. I figure as the series went on they gathered a lot more depth, but yeah, I didn't hang around that long.
I dunno, I'm not really sure what's season 2 and what's not. I saw a weird race with Jay's parents, the snakes and the ninjas and stuff, that was probably pretty close to where I stopped.
Zephyr had just finished dinner with the others as she stepped into her room with a lettuce leaf in her hand. She quietly walker over to the table beside her bed and carefully set the leaf down. She then kneeled over and watched intently. Suddenly the bettle that had stowed away in her backpack flew over and began to chew on and eat the lettuce leaf. Zephyr grinned as she watched it. "Zephyr? Sensei wants to speak with us all. " Zephyr knew from the voice that it was Jadyn, she glanced over her shoulder and sure enough he was standing in the doorway. "Whoa, what kind of bug is that? I'm sure Lisa would know, but I have no clue. It's not from around here is it? " "I don't know the name of it either. " Said Zephyr as shifted over so he could see it better. "Wow it's big, is this why you always take food to your room? " asked Jadyn. " You noticed? " Zephyr had always tried to be kinda secretive about it. " Well you do it every day, so it's kinda hard not to. But I can see why, it has quite the appetite." The bettle had finished it's meal and started to spread it's wings, ready for flight. Jadyn and Zephyr left the room as bettle took flight. Zephyr closed the door so it wouldn't fly out and joined the others who were standing in front of Sensei. " I thought I might surprise you today with a special type of training that I was unfortunately not tought soon enough. We're going to be learning about hiding in plan sight. Otherwise known as acting like a normal person in a normal setting. Or, acting like you belong there no matter how crazy it is. We're going to be going to Ninjago City and you four are going to act like your on a mission, but you must also act natural. Does that sound like a plan?" "Yes!" Said Lisa putting her hands in the air. "Awesome!" Exclaimed Moe. " Great. " Said Jadyn avoiding anyone's eyecontact. Zephyr didn't say anything, this was good and bad on many levels. Good: Gavin, Keegan, Chelsea and their friends were there. This would be her first time seeing Ninjago City or any city for that matter. This was good training. Her team would be there. Bad: LOTS of strangers, not fitting in, the unknown, etc.
Seemed like the good and bad canceled each other out. So she decided she'd go not expecting anything and hope for the best and fear for the worst. "Good then, go change into normal street clothes and I'll go get my ride. Said Sensei smiling. The four of them glanced around at each other before Moe said " Luckily I've already got a normal shirt on, see." He took off his gi to reveal an orange t shirt with Griffin Turner on it. " My uncle gave me this shirt when he said I could have his element. He wants to prove to the world he's the fastest without his elemental power before he retires someday. Ya know, maybe I should ware it every day. " " That's nice, but for Ninjago's sake, do not ware that every day. " Said Lisa. "I already have been wareing it for the past week. " Said Moe. " Are you serious?... Anyway, let's do what Sensei said. " Lisa said and then walked over to her room. Zephyr rushed into her own room startling the bettle a bit. Zephyr had been storing her clothes under the bed inside the suitcases and it was a bit unorganized. She had unpacked all her other things and placed them on the shelf so it was just clothes she was looking through, but the hard part was finding clothes that was clean in jumbled mess. Finally she found a white t shirt, a blue jacket and some gray pants. Once they were all ready, Zephyr and the others went outside to see if Sensei had gotten his ride ready yet. Suddenly a green jet landed in front of the the dojo. Wait a minute... Green! Zephyr thought. The realization hitting her like a tree branch to the face. It all made sense now! The cockpit opened and Sensei said "It needs an oil change anyway. Might as well do it all in one trip right?" " So much for blending in." Murmured Lisa as they all got on the jet. "Can we fly this someday? " asked Jadyn. " Not this jet. But MAYBE a different one someday. " answered Sensei prospectively.
" Didn't we already fly a jet once though? " Lisa asked Jadyn as the cockpit closed and the jet engines started. "I was three, I don't remember it. And besides, didn't we just push random buttons and put it on auto pilot." He said the jet began to rise off the ground. "That's what we were told." Said Lisa. "Yeah and it was a pain to rescue you two. " Sensei muterder. The jet had risen to a reasonable height and Sensei pushed a control that sent the jet on it's way. As they flew over Ninjago Zephyr finally asked. " Sensei... Are you the green ninja?" "Yes. " Said Sensei calmly as if she had asked something as simple as the weather. " What?! " Said Moe shocked. Jadyn and Lisa glanced at each other and shrugged. " Why didn't you tell us?" Asked Zephyr. " I figured it would be for the best. I had no clue how you would respond to such information, and if it would be good or bad. You're ready to know now though." Wow! Thought Zephyr. I'm being trained by the green ninja! THE GREEN NINJA! And I'm on a team with two of ninja's kids and another elemental master's relative. Plus there's a chance I have an element! I'm the luckiest person alive!
"Can we call you Sensei Green Ninja? " asked Moe. "No. " Said Sensei focusing on the controls. "Can we call you Sensei Lloyd?" Offered Zephyr. "Hmm maybe. It does sound nice." He pondered. " Or I could go back to calling you uncle Lloydy. " Said Lisa teasingly. " Definitely not. Not while I'm your teacher. " " What can we call you then?" Lisa asked smugly. " Either Sensei or Sensei Lloyd is fine. But be mindful about where you use the latter. The last we want is you ending up in deep trouble with an old foe of mine." "Oh lighten up Sensei, we could take em on I'm sure. " Said Moe. " I wouldn't be so confident yet Jay. " Said Sensei Lloyd with a slight grin. "Jay?.. " Moe said, obviously confused, but before anyone could fill him in the jet began to land near a warehouse and everyone turned to look at the large city not far away. The cockpit opened and Sensei said " Alright, you four head into the city while I stay here and work out the oil change. Then I'll find you in city and make sure you are all blending in good. " he then turned to the warehouse and shouted " Mindroid! I've come for an oil change." A door to the warehouse opened and an android in a ninja suit about the size of child came out buzzing and beeping a language Zephyr couldn't understand. He walked over to to a large garage door and opened it, he then motioned for the jet be brought in. They all got out of the jet expect for Sensei. "See you later. " And with that Sensei Lloyd put the jet on hover mood and disappeared into the warehouse. Everyone was silent until Moe said "Am I the only one who thinks it's a little weird that a robot ninja works on his jet?" " Nindroid, he's a nindroid." Lisa corrected, "I can explain their history while we walk to the city."
As they got closer and closer to the city Zephyr came to the full realization of how big it really was. It was much like the city she'd seen in movies and pictures except there was some minor differences she noticed as they entered. There were many many windmills outside of the city, most likely used to generate power. There were many more rooftop gardens. There were walkways that went over or under the streets all over the place so crossing it directly seemed almost unnecessary. There was a few parks, graveyards, monuments and ancient buildings inbeetween all the large buildings, busy streets and walkways. There was one very large difference though, and that was the city under the city! Apparently the serpentine had started an underground city under the city, but Zephyr would have to wait till later to see it, because first the group checked out the sights of the normal city, mostly all but forgetting they were there to learn how to blend in. There was so many people Zephyr was sure she'd never seen this many in her lifetime so far. It was exciting and interesting, there didn't seem to a single thing that was boring. People going places and doing stuff, new things around every corner. Stores ten to twenty times the size Zephyr had ever seen. Lots of cars too, Zephyr couldn't help but flinch and almost panic every time one went by, she wasn't really scared of them, she just wasn't used to them driving by so fast and she had been told in a quite detailed way by her parents what would happen if she was ever hit by one. Another thing that sort of bothered her was some of the people, some just looked plan suspicious, while others kinda wireded her out. Some surprised her too, like when they walked by a movie theater and a girl screamed " OH MY GOODNESS! Brad Tudabone is going to be in the next Extreme Action moive! He's my favorite actor! EEHHH!!! " At the sound of the the girl's screaming Zephyr nearly jumped out her skin. Lisa must have noticed since she said " Relax Zephyr, it's just a fangirl, they're harmless, most of the time... "

Oh, perhaps so -- after all, it's common knowledge that Lloyd and I can be frequently found chatting together, often sharing a cup of tea at the LMB Coffee Table or Sweet's Café. He probably told me about the journal last week, when we were grabbing some pistachio nuts from the dispenser over by MockingbirdInc 's Obscure Reference Chatroom.
