This is a roleplay from the Old MBs, but it didn't last long before they shut down. So, here it is!

5 years ago,on the coast of the MBs,Hero City was built:an ultra-modern complex of houses designed to be the city all cities would look up too.However,there was one thing no one knew about it:It is built on the site of an alien meteorite,the radiation of which turns random citizens into superpowered warriors.Some used these powers to defend the innocent:the heroes.However,others used them to fill their own selfish desires:the villains.Soon,the two side clashed,and the world would never be the same again.

Case File #1 ~The Notorious Ghost Pepper~ (OC Bio)
Super Name: Ghost Pepper
Side: Villains
Powers/Gear: As a food-theme baddie, Ghost Pepper's gear include the "Spaghetti Tornado", "Chow Mein Whips", "Flaming Sauce Squirt Gun" (A squirt gun that shoots special cooking sauce hot enough to melt steel.), and "Meatball Supremes" (Tiny overcooked meatballs that really hurt when thrown at you... ).
Kimchi's outfit is a modified chef's uniform. Having a large, skillfully sown dark green apron trench coat, lapels studded with tiny iron spikes, and a black classic diamond shaped mask...he is one mildly scary dude.
Backstory: Kimchi just really wants to make the best tasting food in the world, so he thinks stealing from various farmers and fancy restaurants is the best way to go about that goal. Whenever he visits restaurants, he poses as a patron and is overly critical of the food on purpose so people won't eat there. Sometimes, he even goes so far as to sabotage the place by pretending to be an employee.
He also destroyed a pizza shop for delivering his extra large pan pizza late...thus he is unforgiveable.

Realizing he is out of ingredients to make his special pasta sauce ammo, Ghost Pepper shifts his focus to the local Walmart and begins to terrorize shoppers within the condiment aisle.

Arising out of the wave with a newfound fury, Ghost Pepper pulls out a miniscule water gun and points it menacingly at Vanessa. "Watch where you put up those things! You could've seriously injured me!"
A snicker from one of the onlookers arouses his temper. Following the laughter, he finds the source hidden in a trashcan and kicks it harshly. It wobbles before falling over. Picking up speed as it rolls downhill, Ghost Pepper extends his chow mien whips and pulls down two float structures sitting it its path. "I'm not good at jokes, but perhaps this might produce a chuckle."
Inside the trashcan, the onlooker begins to feel nauseous...

The debris bounces off the forcefield, but the loud sounds produce an echo within the trash can that causes the trapped citizen inside it to cradle his head. Moaning, he regrets ever eating that fifth stack of pancakes...
Ghost Pepper stiffens, twirling the water gun before aiming for the ground in front of Vanessa. Deeply concerned about the flames engulfing her fingers, Ghost Pepper winces. "Um, I think you might have had an allergic reaction to my sauce. Uh...might want to douse that off, or something."
Startled, he fires the water gun whose contents begin to melt the road underneath Vanessa. Frightened, Ghost Pepper pleads an apology before frantically waving his arms in the air and fleeing the scene. Throwing objects behind him, he pushes the crowd away. "Back! Away! Aaah!"
