OOC: In the RP rules, as long as they are on a Nintendo Console, they are allowed. Mega Man made his debut on the NES, continued on Nintendo consoles until MM8, (Playstation.
) and then MM9 and MM10 were on the Wii. MM11 will be on the Switch, as well as Legacy Collections 1 and 2, knocking the fact that 8 wasn't on a Nintendo console out as well. Therefore, Mega Man is allowed.
