Team LMBE is proud to announce that we have a new theme available that will drastically change the appearance of the Lego Message Boards Eternal. Created by myself, and with help from masterlegobuilders , this theme was inspired by the original appearance of the LEGO Message Boards that was first created in the early 2000's and lasted until the 2012 update.
If you would like to try out this theme, go to your profile and click "Edit Profile". From there, go to the "Settings" tab, then scroll down to where it says "Forum Theme". You should then have a drop down menu where you can select "Old LMBs". Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Account Settings". Then all you have to do is refresh you page and the theme should be active! []

It looks absolutely brilliant. I've only been on the old LMBs a few times, but it looks just like I remembered it. It might take me a while to get used to it, but I love it!
We tried to follow the original LMBs as closely as we could, which in some cases might have meant sacrificing the ease of use. []

Haha, well it's a pretty close match. The old site didn't have the like system or jammers and the quote chains looked a bit different, but pretty much everything else is quite similar.
