You find that you are now inside the cave at the top of the mountain, and that the entrance is shaped like a giant bat face. In front of you is a black, spiky throne, and a spider is standing next to you. There are armed bats lining the circular walls, and Balthazar, 2nd-in-command of the bat tribe, sits on the throne. Balthazar: "Greetings, eagle! What brings you here to Black Fang Mountain?"
OOC: You mean so many things? And yeah, this RP has lots of subplots and stories.
(OOC: Just what is going on? )
OOC: Well here at the Bat HQ, a spider came and left, the current eagle leader came, and some wolves came with a raven. Also, Scorpio and Scorpix arrived, and the factories within the mountain are manufacturing tons of new Wing Strikers for the next phase of the plan. -The scorpion Prince arrived at the Black Fang Mountain's exterior, via a elevator shaft from the underground tram system. the lone prince walked out of the little rustic shack and walked over to the entrance, seeing the sentries that guarded the entrance-
OOC: The entrance is at the top of the mountain...didn't you read the HQ layout?
(OOC: Oh... let's just say Scorpio and Scorpix climbed to the top. )

OOC: Sorry, no can do. It's a very steep and hard-to-climb mountain, plus it's covered with heavily armed turrets. However, the scorpions could be grabbed by Wing Strikers and taken to the top.
Balthazar: "I understand. But the two kings of the Outlands, Bliston and Scorm, are good friends and would never betray each other."
"Even the best of friends can turn against each other, bat. It seems that my work here is done. Good day to you." Sparak leaves the mountain and returns to the Spider Caverns.
Balthazar: "Goodbye." He turns to some bats. Balthazar: "Bring the scorpions up. After our scorpion and eagle visitors have left, bring the wolves and raven up top."
2 Wing Strikers fly down and grab Scorpio and Scorpix, bringing them to the top of Black Fang Mountain where they can enter the cave. Balthazar: "Ah, Prince Scorpio and General Scorpix. What brings two of our scorpion allies to the Bat HQ?"
"Greetings!" A Wolf says. "Me and my two bodyguards are here on political business. I am am ambassador of the Wolf Tribe. I am here to discuss negotiations, and possibly come to an alliance with your mighty tribe."
The Raven, dressed in a neat suit with a fedora, camera, and notepad speaks. "And I'm from the Monarch Salute, and I'm here to see what all is going on here and to get your word to the people!"
Bat: "Alright. If you'll be so kind as to wait here at the bottom of the mountain, Balthazar will see you as soon as he can. Right now he is talking with a spider and an eagle."

IC: Scorpix: "Hello, Balthazar! I am here to discuss the plan and negotiate the percentage of chi the scorpion tribe will receive." Blthazar: "I see. That's what I thought you were here for. And you, Prince Scorpio? What might your reason for visiting us be?"
OOC: No, the bat tribe is broken up in different locations right now.
50% of the Bat tribe: At Black Fang Mountain. 30%: Inside the MMSC/the Iron Mountains. 5%: In the sky around the Eagle HQ. 10%: At the Bat Naval Command center on an island in the West Sea. 3%: At the Grassy Plains. 2%: Near the Raven HQ.
So half the Bat tribe is in the Bat HQ.
IC: All of the Wing Strikers from the Eagle HQ return to Black Fang Mountain. Inside the HQ, the Wing Strikers are put back in the garage caves for repairs, while the pilots eat a ton of food in the mess hall caves.
Important update on the percents of the Bat tribe at different locations:
55%: At Black Fang Mountain. 35%: At the Raven HQ. 10%: At the Bat Naval Command Center.
Inside the factory caves, the bats have finally completed their speedorz (they got a lot of Tribe stones from Mount Cavora a while back). Now the Bat tribe has 82 speedorz freshly built, and more are beginning to be manufactured. Many squads of speedor-riding bats leave Black Fang Mountain to patrol Bat territory.

IC: Balthazar: "OK. We'll transfer some of our scientists to your HQ, but no testing on the bats themselves will be permitted."
OOC: I'd rather not have inter-species relationships in this RP...that would be like Eris and Rhogon.
