From the northwest, five yellow cats, the likes of which the bats and this generation of gorillas have never seen, with white flags on the front of their speedorz, come to the edge of the blockade. They have forcefeilds (FAC-approved magic) around their speedorz. Leopard: "Greetings gorillas and—" [looks at the bats curiously] "—other species. We bear a message from King Leodus of the Leopard Tribe:" [reads from a scroll] "'Please heed my warning— soon, our enemies will attack this mountain. I'm unable to march my army across the mountains in such short time, so I strongly suggest that any and all sentient beings in and around Black Mountain evacuate, lest thy be frozen by the Icebears. I now accept the truth: that it's too late to prevent the Prophecy from being fulfilled.'"
OOC: Basically, one thousand years ago, Black Mountain broke off from the Outland Mountains and drifted southeast. Over 100 years ago, King Leodus had to create a prophecy in order to make a forcefeild around the Valley of Balance. So his prophecy stated that as long as the mountain separated from its range remained uncontrolled by either primary element (fire and ice), the forcefeild around the Valley of Balance would remain. Now that Icestrike is freed from the Arctic, he will freeze Black Fang Mountain, therefore bringing the mountain under Ice control, which will fulfill the prophecy and lower the shield around the Valley of Balance, allowing Icestrike to go back and attack his old leopard enemies. Now before you say this is a scripted RP, I lead the Icebear, Leopard, and Bat tribes, so I ultimately decide how their storylines are gonna go. This will serve to explain why the icebears are freezing Black Fang Mountain and the Bats, but not attacking the inland HQs. Therefore, the inland tribes will be safe from the Ice Hunters (well, my hunter tribes at least), and you'll have time to proceed with your own storylines while my Ice Hunter tribes are busy defeating the Crawler Empire and fighting the leopards.
TL;DR: For essentially everyone else, my Ice Hunter tribes not be a threat yet, so I won't attack anyone who doesn't want to fight the ice Hunters yet. It's a win-win for everyone.

IC: *Brakket has been covertly trailing the mountain. Once he sees it's destination, he takes a shortcut and arrives at Black Fang Mountain in no time. He enters the mountain.* "Who is the highest in command here, here, here. We need to evacuate, uate, uate. Ice beings are coming that will freeze any in their path, path, path."

Icestrike's Ultimate Glacier slams into Black Fang Mountain, immediately starting to freeze it. Claw driller mechs drill into the mountain, freezing its insides. The turrets on Black Fang Mountain futilely blast the icebears, but the chi blasts are no use, and freeze upon contact with the icy beings. The icebears climb all over the mountain, ripping apart and/or freezing any and all turrets, Wing Strikers, and Super-Tanks they fight. Ice Bears climb into the cave. Some fall through Bliston's trapdoor in his throne room and fall to the spiky bottom of the pit, but most of the icebears run into the tunnels from the throne room and charge throughout the inside of the mountain, freezing everyone and everything in their path. Both inside and outside the HQ, the Bat army fights valiantly, but falls before the icebears. Icestrike: "We must freeze the entire mountain to fulfill the prophecy!!"
TheFirstDecade Bliston flies into the prison cave, and blasts open the door of Bratta's cell. The warden objects, but is frozen from behind. Bliston: "Come sister, we must leave!" The royal family (King Bliston, Prince Bernard, Bliston's wife, and Bratta) gathers outside, on an unfrozen patch of ground near the summit of Black Fang Mountain. Bliston: "Black Fang Mountain is lost." A dropship hovers up next to the royal family, with an open side door. "Come on, we gotta go!" The pilot shouts over the strong cold winds. Just when it seems as if the royal family will escape, Icestrike jumps up onto the mountain, pointing his drill baton menacingly at Bliston. Icestrike: "We're not done yet, your highness. I never let the leader escape..." Bliston plugs chi and duels Icestrike, but his right hand is frozen while holding his axe. Icestrike: "A valiant effort, but in the end, ultimately...futile." Bliston: "Fly, you fools." Bliston uses a chi-enhanced bat sonar screech to blast the rest of the royal family into the dropship, and turns around as he is frozen by Icestrike. Bliston's wife: "NO! Turn the ship around!" Pilot: "We can't, or else we'll be frozen as well!" Icestrike stands atop the summit of Black Fang Mountain and roars as the last few centimeters of the mountain are frozen.

-And as i watch all this chaos from up close, the hunters not noticing me as a being of physicality, i’d walk up to the Frozen Bliston, and grin, as he could only see and hear me through the ice...-
“Well, it looks like we won't be working together. No regrets, King Bliston, but there are a few survivors of your personal holocaust who would like the chance to meet the man responsible for the total annihilation of their race.... But there is still the lingering matter of witnesses. I admit I have a fascination with those who adapt and survive against all odds, like your sister, wife and your son. They rather remind me of myself. If for no other reason, I have argued to preserve them for a time. While I believe a civil servant like yourself understands the importance of... discretion, my employers are not quite so trusting, and rather than continually subject you to the irresistible human temptation of telling all, the hunters excellently have decided to... convey you... to somewhere where you can do no possible harm, and where no harm can come to you. I'm sure you can imagine there are worse alternatives. Hm hm hm... like now...”
-I’d grin and leave behind the frozen bat king, chuckling so ewhat evilly, as i fade out of visible view...-
-Bratta hardly knew what just had happened, as she was bewildered and confused as much as Bliston’s wife and child, she turned to his wife-
Bratta: “What was that all about?! What was that?!” -she hissed-
-But before the wife could reply, i clear my throat and startle them from my sudden apperance that wasnt on with them before... I grin-
“Bliston’s Family in the flesh. Or rather, in the frozen aftermath. I took the liberty of sending your man of the family my reguards; he was destined to be frozen, which my prediction is correct. I do think he earned the privilege or being out in stasis... Quite a nasty piece of work these new creatures all managed over there. I am impressed. That’s why I’m here, You’ve all proved yourselfs a decisive group, so I don’t expect you’ll have any trouble deciding what to do. We've been rather busy in your absence, Bliston’s family. Pay attention, and I'm only going to say this once...”
-i inhale and look serious. Staring them right in the eyes...-
“...Would you accept your saftey to be in the custody of the Forgotten? Otherwise...well...I can offer you a battle you have no chance of winning. Rather an anticlimax, after what you’ve all just survived...”

IC: *Brakket shakes his head.* "Why does no one listen to me, me, me." *He hears the conversation between Bliston and Icestrike. He runs out to save his king, only to see he is too late. or is he?* "I'll be taking that, that, that." *He fires a grappling hook into the ice block, breaks off a shield-shaped piece of rock, and slides down the mountain with the ice block in tow.*
