Mysterious Dr: "Ah yes, this seems to be mind-controlling scorpion venom." A small machine injects the back of Bratta's head with a syringe, and the venom is extracted, curing her of the mind control. The doctors and nurses look at the syringe's tube, which is now filled with green liquid. Nurse: "Fear not, Steward Bratta. You are no longer under Scrin's control." Mysterious Dr: "It's not quite over yet. We must find out how and why Scrin brainwashed her, and we should find out what his plans were regarding this."

Mysterious Dr: "Oh well. Whatever plans Scrin had with Bratta are now stopped anyway. What I'm worried about, is how he was able to sting her. We can't let the Forgotten mind-control any bats."

IC: Mysterious Dr: "All sane bats are loyal to the tribe. Even if any are friends with some of the Forgotten, they will not betray us, so they are not a problem. All we have to do now is to place extra safety precautions to ensure that a bat will never be brainwashed by a Forgotten Scorpion ever again. Ms. Bratta, you may leave now. Let us know if you start to feel any strange side effects of the stinger venom."

Mysterious Dr: "Attention bats, it turns out that Bratta herself, King Bliston's sister, had been brainwashed by the Forgotten. We cured her, but this experience has made us aware that the Forgotten could make any innocent Bat their spy. Therefore, make sure you always be cautious when you leave Black Fang Mountain. From now on, always be armed when you're out of the HQ, even in the Outlands. A forgotten scorpion could sneak up and sting you from behind. If you hear anything behind you, turn around with your blaster pointed. If it's a forgotten arachnid behind you, keep your blaster pointed and don't let your guard down. If the enemy is smart (a rarity when it comes to the Forgotten), he or she will back away and not sting you. If it is a more commonly less intelligent Forgotten, he or she will still try to sting or attack you; open fire if that's the case."
The bats quickly agree to this act, and any who planned to leave the HQ immediately arm themselves. The end of any Forgotten presence in the Bat tribe (or vise versa) has begun.
