OOC: Wait, other 2ic? The other 2ic is Grand Admiral Balthazar, and he's very far away, on an island in the West Sea. Also, the helmets should have bat ear-shaped protrusions molded into them so their ears can fit inside.
IC: Bratta is carried through one of the tunnels and taken lower into the mountain, to the cave of therapist offices.
Bliston: "Oh, hey Barney. Yes, Bratta's got some anger management issues. She is having some trouble coping with the way the tribe is progressing. I think she's not used to this war preparation stuff, you know? She also doesn't fully understand the concept of an alliance. She wanted me to drop the scorpion prince into the Spike Pit! Can you believe that? Scorm would turn on us if I did anything to his son. But now I'm rambling. One more thing, though: after Balthazar's excellent work here, I transferred him to Bat Island. He is still my second-in-command, but you may refer to him as Grand Admiral Balthazar now."
Barney Balhoun: "Alright then... am i still in command of the Black Overwatch, yes?" -he'd question-
Suddenly, she finds that her path is blocked by a huge truck returning from Scorpion HQ. The truck almost crashes into her speedor, but quickly halts to a stop just in time. Her speedor is then surrounded by speedorz that came with the truck. 6 Wing Strikers hover overhead. Speedor-riding bat: "Halt! Identify yourself! What is the meaning of this?" The young bat from before drives up behind her on his speedor. Bat: "That's what I'd like to know! It seems like she just kidnapped the scorpion prince!!"
(OOC: Bachell is a silent protagonist as well. ) -Bachell hissed at the people whom surrounded her, Scorpio whimpering in fear-
One of the Bats: "Will you please tell us why you kidnapped the scorpion prince?" The young Bat: "I think she's mute..."
(OOC: Also, The J , do the bats know of The Forgotten? Cuz i think Bachell would most-likely hate Blistion and monarchys in general. )
Bachell wouldn't hate Bliston. All of the bats are loyal to their king, just like in the show. Unlike other tribes such as the Scorpions, Lions, and Ravens, the bats don't have any sub-factions or rebellions; they stand united.
The Wolves leave. They accidentally drop a small dagger on the way out.
Bliston: "Such a shame. I was looking forward to bending the negotiations to my will and dropping those wolves into the Spike Pit. Oh well." A bat picks up the dagger and shows it to Bliston. Bat: "Look, your highness. They dropped this."
Barney Balhoun: "Alright then... am i still in command of the Black Overwatch, yes?" -he'd question-
Bliston: "Indeed."
Barney: "Um... sir... y-you don't mind if im a bit infatuated with your sister, err... yes?" -His wings twitched in embarrassment, as he walked to the same caves, stopping half-way...-

-Bachell growled again, her theme, "Science Is Fun" began to play as she slo-mo'ed her action of whipping out her Aperture Mesa Handheld Portal Device and once the daft-punk part of the song played, she shot two portals, one light green and one dark green, one on a rock behind her, and one far off into the background, the portals both opened and she backflips with Scorpio in tow THROUGH the rock via the portal and stumped the surrounding bats in a freaked out response, the ones on the speedor recognized her weapon and knew it was illegal to have it outside the facility-

(OOC: BTW, when Bachell enters the portals, her wing muscles become paralyzed for a short while to instigate flight from the portal's momemtum conserving mechanic, also this is what Bachell's portal gun looks like. )
-Bachell hissed and held up Scorpio as a meat shield, and fired another exit portal off on another rock father away, she'd then quickly than jumped through the entry portal, before Brakket could take a shot since he was distracted from not harming the prince-
