A group of lions arrives nearby to greet the newcomers.
*A lion steps out* Lion NPC: Welcome, this is a settlement of peace, we do not believe in war and we don't believe in Monarchys? Who may you be?
*A massive skyscraper is being made, with a massive red: "R" on the side.
One of the lions says, "We are lions stationed at our sea city over there. Although the lions in my team are more of explorers than soldiers. We've been sailing the sea and reporting back what we've found."

Lion NPC: Intresting, we are all exiles, we apposed King Lionel, and called for a constitutional monarchy, but we were exiled in return, the monarchs cause the wars... are you allies of monarchs?
A few Eagles are seen departing from the eagle spire, and they begin building a sea port. Building process is slow however, as most of the workers are rebuilding the eagle tribe.

The lion chuckles. "Your statement is ironic, my friend. You see, it was actually the ravens who caused the war, and they are led by Rawlin, who also opposed a monarchy. However...a raven named Rica has her own smaller army. Those ravens rebel for the excact opposite reason you do."

Lion NPC: Monarchys are old and useless. Our great leader has taught us that and we will follow his lead, to remake chima into one united nation, consisting of republics, monarchs will exist, but they will hold no power.

A plane flies overhead and a squad of paratroopers drops from the sky. They slam a massive scroll into the Lion NPC's hands: a full copy of the Lion constitution. The rest are carrying several equally large scrolls which are a list of all the amendments to the constitution, and the rights of each colony.

The lion replies, "Suit yourself. Over the years the monarchies have improved and become more organized, but a change might now be necessary; maybe with republics, the crocodiles will stop attacking other tribes. Your idea does sound interesting, and the lions at least could be open to the future dissolvement of monarchys, especially since our King Lionel has no offspring to continue his lineage of royalty." The lion leans close and whispers, "However, tribes like the crocodiles wouldn't agree so readily...be weary of them."

The other lion: "Oh, the Lion Constitution. Truly an example of something old, yet not obsolete."

Lion NPC: This is all a lie, *tosses it away, along with his friends* and we rent just lions, all tribes live in Lobbys. We will not surrender until there is 1 united Chima Republic.

The Lion Npc: You see, and don't worry our leader has helped dippose the old raven monarchy, and they were much harder to break than the crocs, I say that King Lionel should become President Lionel, and the monarchy dismantled.

One of the older soldiers walks towards them. He seems to be a veteran, a man accustomed to a gritty and dark life. He picks up a scroll and pats it.
"You know. This little business of yours, going round, protesting, I've seen it once. Truly a beautiful cause. But let me ask you, have you ever seen the battlefields that raged viciously that such causes might be reached? I do not know your ideals well enough, de facto I never heard of them. But let me tell you something. It will not be pretty. The land is divided, very much so. And I know of no one who could do such a thing. The first of the great kings did such things, but it only lasted so much."
