You are escorted through the dockyards by a pair of cape-clad soldiers, to a large, Ne-classicist style building, presumably the Town Hall. Arriving at the gates, the guard changes directions and orients you to a rather simple pre-fabricated building, serving as the head quarters of the Lion Army in the region. Through offices and receptionist desks the group passes, until they reach an office, where you are let in.
You are faced by a Lion in a military uniform, sitting on an office chair near a wooden desk. He welcomes you with a warm smile, in contrast to the metal parts of the building you have seen until now.
"Greetings, Mr G'eesus, I was awaiting you. I am General William Brown, commander of the regional Lion Forces. What is the purpose of your visit?"
IC G'essus: Hello. General. We have received threats from the bears, that you are planning to destroy our tribe if we don't agree to fight the ravens. Is there any truth to that claim? Also: hands letter; The letter is addressed to Lion Naval Command. {JAMMERS! -Lion Naval Command- ONLY!}Do you want to do intel swaps? And possibly secretive joint naval operations? Also when saying jammers use the word "allies" instead of gorillas so the others may not catch on. -Admiral Schrodder OOC: Is chant de partisans your national anthem? OOC: Nah, just a popular soldiering song. My other song repertoire includes the "March of the Siberian riflemen" "Preußens Glora", but competing for the national anthem are "I Vow to Thee, My Country", "God Save the Tsar" and "Vive Henry IV" (Tchaikovsky's version).
IC:
"I see. I was not expecting such a movement from the Bears: we, the Lions, are more aggressive than them in the current situation. We will address the issue immediately."
He then takes the letter and opens it, reading it.
{Jammers, Lions & Allies only} Yes, it would be rather interesting for us. We have been gathering some intelligence, and fleet experience is still being built.

After finishing the production of the SM-6 models, the Lion dockyards start producing small patrol vessels and destroyers. The dockyards themselves are upgraded, being expanded and having more control checkpoints and defensive positions.
Several expeditions are sent to the northern seas, to establish research bases.

The naval base grows faster with shipments from the mainland coming in rapidly. The port city (now owned by Scales & Sons Shipyards, Inc.) also grows. There is an influx of workers to assist with the construction of the Crocodile Defense Fleet, which leads to more citizens and a booming economy. The popularity of mud baths has exploded in recent weeks, and spas have never been busier. 2 more Battlecruisers are completed. They travel to the naval base. It continues to grow as formidable defenses and large piers are added. The city continues to grow as well. The shipyards are busy around the clock, hurriedly producing more vehicles. A new corporation has set foot here as well: West Sea Military Manufacturers. They have set up shop and are now producing new ground vehicles to assist the Crocodile armies. {JAMMERS! -Crocs and Ravens- ONLY!} Military Production each day: 3 Claw Rippers 5 Reptile Raiders 10 Speedors 1 Assault Tank 2 Striker Tanks Once every 2 days: MAP (Mobile Artillery Platform)
Naval Production 1 Submarines per day 1 Destroyers per day 1 Battlecruiser per 2 days 1 Assault Ship per 3 days 1 Fleet Carrier per 3 days More vehicles are churned out. Most of the ships are taken to the island base, but a few command ships are sent back to the swamp. No more command ships are built after this. The ground forces continue to drill. Research is conducted on new weapons technology, trying to utilize the destructive side of Chi to its fullest extent.

OOC: Torahvision can I turn my other 10 submarines, that I am not allowed to have into an aircraft carrier? OOC: Well considering I spent 5 or 6 days on that more than anyone else to build an aircraft carrier, and since you haven't replied yet I will do it anyway. In a bit

As long as they don't have too much artillery since we are still in a somewhat primitive state. It should mostly be for transporting and deploying your small air force. Any thoughts, Shamrock ?
