Raven Raiders arrive and land about 300 yards away from the Lions on the Sea shore. The Lions can spot that the Raiders are loaded with building materials. The first thing the Ravens off-load is a flashy sign reading, "The Raven Respite. A New State-of-the-art Resort." The Ravens wave it so the Lions can see, laughing and waving. The Ravens notice the busy Crocodile spas in the port city and become jealous.

Bear Navy arrives. Large concrete walls are brought off the "Bismarck" (ship named after our great general). A heavy battle fortress begins progress. Long range canons are set up spaced about 10 feet away from each-other in the concrete walls. Dozens of soldiers pour out form transport crafts. A command tower is built with a wide range of sight and state of the art radar technology. Many concrete bunkers with Canons face out towards the sea leading up to the outpost. Soldiers rush to the lions area. "If you need materials or men we are here." OOC: When and where did you build the "Bismarck" I am sorry, you can ask Torahvision on this if you want and he will say the same thing, if something is made it must be justified, also the Bismarck has 13 inch thick armour, if torah just randomly made the MMSC everyone would complain. Also if you managed to build a ship when was this. I am sorry but the Bismarck would be nulled you can say the walls were delivered by underground tunnels... OOC: Yes, I agree with Egorsmirov. RP Rep doin' his job. Love it. Keep up the good work, Egor.

OOC: Eh, I'm sceptical about this. But if this turns out to be a great idea, I don't want to lose on it...
IC:
Several Lion settlers come to establish a heavily fortified seaside town. Due to logistics nightmares, they have to rain their own militia, and import defensive structures from other parts of the Empire. The town is built in a way that when the tide is high, the sea comes and serves as a moat, and there are only three bridges that can lead to it.
Soon, several railways start coming to the town, and bring with them more supplies, men and resources. Several dockyards are established and build ships to fish, ferry resources, drill for minerals and oil, and to wage war. Several canals start being dug and an industrial dockyard sector is established. Several factories and refineries pop around the town, and a complex bunker system surrounds the town, along with fortified walls, tanks ditches, hidden trenches and even minefields.

Those buildings are just BEGGING to become hostage situations. )

Work on about ten SM-6 submarines begins, as well as five Imperium-Class destroyers, for patrol purposes. To command the fleet that will soon rise, the War Office builds a branch and command centre in the area. The areas around the city are flooded, not only to make marshes for painters to paint, but to prevent enemy advances through unusual paths, and make the traffic around the area controllable.
