OOC: Not my problem, also no way will someone have sonar on a speedboat, sonar is large, and since the sub was chasing him, it was around 5-10 metres below sea level, levels under which Sonar doesn't work.
OOC: You do know what Sonar is, right? I suggest you put some effort into figuring out what something is before spouting blatant falsities.
OOC: Mind pointing out my falcities? Remember we are in about the early cold war era, so the main form of sonar is ASDIC, which at close proximity will not work, and even it I did work, there is no sonar on a speedboat.
