(OOC: They arent going to the blockade, they are going back to New Little Edessa! besides, how can large ships and cruisers intercept Small One-man Airboats effectively? )
OOC: The blockade completely surrounds the territory on all sides of its border. That's what a blockade is.
(OOC: Dood, you arent getting the point of size differences. Okay your right but just stay away from N.L.E. Plz. )
More vehicles are churned out. Most of the ships are taken to the island base, but a few command ships are sent back to the swamp. No more command ships are built after this.
The ground forces continue to drill. Research is conducted on new weapons technology, trying to utilize the destructive side of Chi to its fullest extent.
Skelekar Base The drydocks and repair facilities are encircled by a large wall with a singular gate. Mounted on the wall are dozens of anti-aircraft and anti-ship turrets. There are also four heavy naval turrets mounted on each side of the harbor. Each of these weapons is powered purely by Chi and fires superheated blasts of said Chi that can melt through a thin layer of almost any metal. A blast from one of the naval guns can wipe a small ship entirely.
As a contingency plan, there is a second layer of walls behind the first that can be elevated, effectively doubling the height of the walls and making it impossible to see over them. Each wall also can be infused with Chi. The Chi-infused walls gain an uncanny level of durability and can shrug off all but the most powerful blasts. Any energy-based attacks are absorbed into the energy field surrounding the walls.
The harbor itself can be closed off by a chain gate, and it is protected by a minefield that covers the sea for several kilometers in each direction. A powerful radar jammer is equipped in the base's command center as well.
There is more, but I don't have time to post it right now.
OOC: I don't remember seeing any suggestions for the bat navy, did you post your navy in the FAC?
OOC: Huh? They started building ships after they set up on a small island a little ways off the shore of the mainland.
OOC: I left they day you replied yes it's been over 5 months I'm slow ok, all ships have to pass Fac for stats such as guns, gun size, armour size, chi consumption, length, beam and shaft.
*Bismarck arrives at the West Sea where realising the horrible state his West Sea Dominion is in and although the West Sea was always forced to have enough chi to power the entire fleet for a month, as much chi was used up to run the bear tribe and in the battle and retreat of the bear cave there was only 10 days supply left, and in combat that would last 7 days, so Bismarck was forced to get a loan of chi from the gorillas.
Also so I don't forget here is my naval composition, here is how I arrange them (Note following names are not counterparts to any real life people) Ship type - quantity - class - Names
Gorillas: Battleship (Well, mega-Battleship) - 1 - Gorbav Class - Yamamoto Aircraft carrier - 3 - Royal Class - King Gortphiik's tomb, King Python, King Leopold Light Cruiser - 12 - Gali Class - Qing I - XII (Qing as in a surname) Submarines - 4 - U-7 - No names
Bears: Battleship / Mega-battleship - 1 - Bismarck Class - Bismarck Aircraft carrier - 2 - Kaiser Class - Kaiser, Kaiserreich Heavy Cruiser - 10 - Prince Bridger Class - Prince Bridger I - X Light Cruiser - 12 - Otto Class - Otto I - XII Small subs - 4 - Blitz Class - No names
Gah, what I cant edit my previous post its only been 4 minutes, did they remove that feature? Anyways I forgot to count up total chi consumption so here it is:
Gorillas - 20 per battleship, 20 per aircraft carrier, 5 per light cruiser, 3 per sub - 152 chi orbs daily
Bears - 20 per battleship, 20 per aircraft carrier, 7 per heavy cruiser, 5 per light cruiser, 1 per sub -194 orbs chi daily.
Gosh, I cant wait to see what the numbers are for other peoples fleet.
