Grand Admiral Balthazar, leader of the Bat Navy and one of the 2ics of the Bat Tribe, orders for production to be doubled on the ships. The 4th and final (for now) submarine is completed, along with the 11th and 12th scout ships. Construction begins on a 6th Battleship.

Many more bats fly to Bat Island from the Outlands, with more building materials. The amount of bats at the Bat Naval Command center doubles, as does the production of the ships. After much work, this is the current size of the Bat Fleet:

Now that production is completed on the Subs, Scout Ships, and Troop Transports, production triples on the Aircraft Carriers, Destroyers, and Battleships. After much more work at a faster rate than before, this is now the current size of the Bat fleet:

Now that the subs, destroyers, scout ships, and troop transports are completed, all workers on Bat Island turn their attention to the Aircraft Carriers and Battleships. Production of these 2 kinds of ships subsequently quadruples, and the ships are finished.
Bat Naval Command Center: A large circular clearing had been made in the center of the island. A tall, thick, black wall made of obsidian was constructed around the clearing. Inside of that wall is another obsidian wall, but this one is square, and taller than the round wall encircling it. A third black wall, this one triangular, is inside of the square wall, but taller. Inside of the triangular wall are 2 central towers, pointing up above the wall. The black towers each have a triangle-shaped room at the top, making them appear like giant bat ears. The base was made with upward construction, getting taller the farther in one goes (as you can tell by the aforementioned wall layout). At the front (the direction facing Chima's mainland) of the round wall are 2 large iron doors. Above the doors, on top of the wall, are 2 manned turrets keeping watch. There are other turrets (both manned and automatic) on the top of the round wall, as well as the top of the square wall, and the top of the triangular wall. Each wall is so thick that there are rooms inside of them, so bats can be eating breakfast, armoring up, or walking around inside the walls. In the spaces on the ground between each wall, there are many small buildings scattered around, as well as large staircases leading up to doors in the walls (this allows bats to go into the walls and ascend higher through the base). A jungle of palm trees surrounds the base, a sandy shore surrounds the jungle, and the ocean surrounds that. Large docks to store the fleet are located on multiple beaches, and on the back of the island are large, black, spiky rocks jutting out towards the water. These were naturally there, but it is rumored that the bats might be working to eventually weaponize them somehow.
