The diplomat helps himself to the tea, and the escort stands near the table.
"Here are some templates. I don't think this should take much time. I suppose you do not have any condition for the peace treaty?"
"We want nothing more to do with the politics of Chima. We will not accept any sort of deal from your tribe or any other in the future. There will be no open borders and no trade rights."
The 2nd Aircraft Carrier is finally completed, along with the 5th Battleship.
2 more scout ships are completed (they are small and easy to make), and construction begins on a 6th destroyer.
Construction begins on a 7th troop transport and a 3rd submarine. The 6th destroyer is completed, as the Bat Naval Command Center is slightly expanded, now with an underground bunker. Tunnels begin to be dug underneath the bunker; these are the beginnings of a network of tunnels going out from the island and beneath the ocean.
*a Messenger Raven's squawks were heard when a loud THUD made the Croc and the Lion jump, the Raven squawked for help as he was tangled up in the shudders and curtains*
Messenger raven: "RRRAAWWK!!! HALP, HAAAALP!!!"
*He'd struggle into the room with them for comedic affect*
The Croc guards raise their pulse cannons and point them at the Raven.
Raven Messenger: "HEY!!! D-don't shoot the messenger! I-i came with a notificTion of peace with the crocs!"
-he said, getting himself out of the blinds and curtans he was tangled up in.-
(OOC: We need more comedy in the General sense of RP. !
Large battalions of Bats bring huge pieces of metal across the sky (by carrying the metal in the grabbing wings of their many Wing Strikers). Rather than setting up their navy at the shores of the sea like the other tribes, the bats bring everything to a small island about a mile away from the beach. With so many bats working, a small settlement is built within an hour, made of obsidian and metal painted black. The settlement continues to be expanded, until it becomes a Bat Navy Command Center. Ships and subs begin to be built as more bats fly to the island to assist.
The Bat Navy continues to be expanded, with more and more bats arriving to help build. After a while, this is the current size of the Bat fleet:
A Wolf Settlement Caravan arrives on the beach and begins building an aquatic base. They do not have sea vessels yet, so the building is very slow-going.
The shipyards of the Vinci-Armstrongs corporation resume their work, as the Lion navy has now commissioned two ships of the Imperium-class. Fifteen watchman-class gunboats are built, along with ten more Regent-class destroyers. The city walls are reinforced in the bastion-style fort, and the nearby airstrip is enlarged.
The massive shipyards continue with their labour, and two of the Regent destroyers are built. More five of the gunboats are finished. However, only 5% of the Imperium battlecruiser has been built. Enregistrer
Raven Messenger: "PLEASE! We were trying to get them to help construct an aircraft carrier for profit and such!"
"I, what- This is a business stunt? OH, this has gone too far! Out of my sight! Out, you greedy fly-bitten miscreant!" The mayor takes a broom, opens the door and shows the Raven out rather rudely. He closes the door, and locks it, then closes the shutters. Enregistrer

"Very well then.
The mayor writes these terms into the papers, fills a few blanks, and then signs it. HE hands the papers to the Crocodiles for verification. Enregistrer

"I believe that we are done here."
"Yes, indeed," says the mayor bowing down, "Thank you very much. I shall relay this treaty to the Court, and clean up the mess the Raven made. Farewell."
Having said this, the Lion retires himself to the back of the room, from were he leaves. A servant arrives and opens the main door for the Crocodiles to leave when they please.
