There. Drake, there's a button in the bar atop where you post things. You'll find one with a person and an "@" sign on the top left of that icon. Click and then type first few letters of your user's name. Then wait for suggestions and click on the correct one. Best way.

You can do both. The RPC limit is 5 though. That includes fanon and canon characters.
