Y'all probably didn't see a certain post I made because it took a while to come through, it's on page 35. There's nothing secret in the spoilers, so go ahead and open them. It's about a certain issue concerning the Crossover Act, so wen need to know what the verdict on that is.
That's cool, we all are, or at least, I am. By the way, I would like to raise an issue in the crossover act. Regardless of crossovers, are adverts counted as canon? In example, in Green Lantern issue 146, Prisons and other cages, published in 1981, there is a HostessR Cup Cakes advert featuring Red Tornado titled Red Tornado in "Clean Sweep" in which a mysterious vacuum thief "strikes nightly in Metropolis, devouring items of invaluable taste". At the end, Reddy claims that "The HostessCup Cakes are the real hero". Would someone then be able to use the mysterious vacuum thief or the Hostess Cup Cakes?

So, what you are asking is, do pastry ads count as canon? Tempting. I am not sure.
Yes. That is exactly what I'm asking. Another example is when the Hulk is gonna squash the Phoomie Goonies into the size of an envelope and post them, but they surrender for Hostess fruit pies.

This poll will decide if Advertisements in old comic books should be considered canon, thus the characters exclusive to the ads allowed in the roleplay.
I vote aye. It would be certainly interesting and a numerous addition to the roleplay.

I vote aye as well. If this comes through, I totally dibs the mysterious vacuum thief and will get rid of one of my other characters to make room.

Please note that this only applies to ads that have superheroes in them. You can't have Bill and Ted just because there's a Bill and Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure ad in your comic.

Imagine a Hostess company in the roleplay that provides funds for heroes and villains to sponsor the products.
