I WILL BE POSTING THE FINAL RULES ASAP. THE SUB FORUM WILL SOON BE A REALITY. REMEMBER, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. WE ARE ON THE VERGE OF GREATNESS, MY FRIENDS!
HAIL HYDRA!
Will new rules continue to be introduced after the final rules are posted? 'Cus I had another idea but was waiting for the result from the Alliance rule and the respond time.
As (like SpoodaChicken) I will be absent for the coming days, I'll pitch the idea now...
Task Force X (aka Villains do good things and get cuts on their prison sentence): So yeah, I'm sure most of you are familiar with the name and if not you can search it up on the internet. Anyway, say your villain character is locked up in prison (Pleasant Hill is it?) with no means of escape. What are you going to do if your character is completely myopic on what their going to do with their day? So Task Force X, controlled and governed by whoever is in charge of the prison topic (I assume that would be DrakeC13) is essentially a team of at most 5 villains doing good stuff. For their sacrifice and duty, the villains are then released from prison after 1-5 (undecided) real days. Alternatively, they could be placed on house arrest (forced to stay in HQ) for about 5 real days so that, though they are mostly free to do whatever they want, they don't get locked up as soon as they leave prison. If the individuals misbehave while on duty by not following orders or by completely abandoning the mission the time for that individual's release will be prolonged (instead of the 1-5 real days, they have to wait longer) or their release may be refused (this is only when the individual takes extreme actions against orders or compromises the mission so that the objective is not reached). Note: Villains are only released if the objective has been accomplished, if they fail, well...'Mission Failed,we'll get 'em next time' Another Note: Prisoners cannot escape TFX unless they complete the mission unless the story or plot finds it necessary.
Example: There's a super speed based crisis in New York City but the JLAv (Justice League Avengers) are somewhere else conveniently doing something else. Pleasant Hill has 8 occupants (Scarecrow, Talon, TakenAim, Prof. Zoom, Clayface, Cap. Cold, Ionic and Sinestro). Pleasant Hill can send up to 5 people in order to stop the threat but only decide to send 4 (Pro. Zoom, Cap. Cold, Ionic and Talon). Once the team arrives, Thawne takes off in a zoom, abandoning the team. The team begin engaging in combat with the threat under the orders of Pleasant Hill, during the fight Ionic disobeys orders but in doing so, saves several civilians. Talon goes against orders and destroys some property which only makes things worse. In the end, the threat is neutralized. For taking down the threat, Cap. Cold, Talon and Ionic are due to be set free in 2 real days. However, because Talon went against orders and jeopardised the mission, for that, he gets 2 days added to his original release time (4 days in total). Though Ionic went against orders, he did not endanger the mission and so only gets a warning to not be so reckless next time ('cus being reckless didn't get him into prison the first time ). Professor Zoom however would have to remain at Pleasant Hill as he failed the mission and didn't help in anyway (gg bro).
Task Force X can be used for any situation, though one of their main roles would be continuing story or plot by placing characters where the story wants them.
In other news, I would like to claim Reverse Flash/Professor Zoom/Zoom (Eobard Thawne).
