This topic is for Moderators (who control the boards and what gets rejected and what not) to find posts that haven't been moderated.
One way to tell, if the post is by another user, it says the last person to make a post, but it isn't showing up. Another is if there are pages you click are blank, or there aren't any posts on that page.
To tell if your post is moderated, just simply look up towards the top right corner of that post and see if you can "quote" it.
