That's true, but when you posted that, his post was only 1 hour old.
Some mods have said that they sometimes work backwards from the "newest posts" thingymabob, so maybe that one wouldn't be moderated yet, but it would be soon.
I'm just saying, there's a reason that we're supposed to wait 24 hours to report a post.
Multiple pages worth of posts before and after it was made, even on the same page. That wasn’t “modding newest posts first”. That was skimming over it.

I have a post here that's not been moderated. I assume that's because you're debating it, for obvious reasons, so I'd like to ask if you wanted to replace it with a much less graphic version that I've written up.
Damhan begins the fight with a charge. Sairse twists out of the way to avoid it, but the tip of one of Damhan's horns hits her arm. Wincing, she attempts to grab him in a headlock, but he shakes her off and shoves her away with a blow from his shoulder. He follows up with a series of attacks to her stomach and face. Reeling, Sairse stumbles backward and braces herself with a hand against the wall. As Damhan tries to attack with his horns, she dodges just in time and his head hits into the wall. Sairse uses this opportunity to kick him in the back of the knee and retreat some distance down the hall. He charges again, and this time she is just quick enough to grab one of his horns in each hand and pull, sinking into a deeper stance for balance. Due to Damhan's greater weight, Sairse is dragged forward a little ways before she brings her knee up to strike his back. As Damhan slows, she knees him again, and then hits him in the back. He falls forward and she is pulled off balance and onto the floor. Damhan is quicker to stand up, and he stomps on Sairse's right leg. Standing over her, he leans in close. "Yield."
She spits in his face. "Not on your life." Her left hoof shoots up, and he falls to his knees with a groan. Sitting upright, Sairse grabs onto one of his horns and wrenches him to the ground. Now in the stronger position, she begins to attack with her fists. When he raises a hand to surrender, she wraps an arm around his neck in a headlock. "Now you yield."
Damhan nods dumbly, and Sairse releases him. He slumps to the ground as Sairse hobbles over to where Damhan dropped the horn. Gritting her teeth, she picks it up. "I win. You can all stop staring now."
Or, if it's just the second paragraph that's causing problems, you could just switch those out.
