How about number 3 seen as I can't see you you could dislocate you knee by going over the handle bars.
Correct! I did go over my handlebars once (it was on a really crazy trail - probably about a 70-degree downward slope and too much front brake), but I literally picked up the bike and rode off .

Yes. I did that once on a small but steep raise on the path and the bike actually landed on top of me when I went over.
