I will say this, telling a person the source of grief often is a large part of the cure. But if you don't want to, I understand. I can still give my wisdom.
I probably would've specified the source of the grief, but it's the not wanting to think about it is why I didn't. Is there a general piece of advice..?

Seen Justice League last Thursday evening at a special screening by our school. Enjoyed it but was way below my expectations. More on this next week. 7/10.
