I never went to a Cypriot school and I'm happy I didn't, I have had clubs in their buildings (which are very massive) but their is a huge lack of funding. And we ranked last in the EU in terms on education, getting smashed by educational systems such as the Finnish ones, German, Dutch. Even former socialist countries with their rigid survivalist methods ranked higher. I'm from Russia, and studided in a Russian school in Cyprus, and my English school also offers classes for Russian students since like 70% of the school is Russian.
Ah yes, I forgot about that. Anywho...
I'm sorry to hear that your education system doesn't have the funding it should. Even all the way down here there are schooling problems, mainly due to social issues and the pressures of students expected to perform. The toughest years are the University ones here, I'd say. My oldest sister is currently at Uni finishing off another stressful year, and has struggled to make ends meet on that. Also the teachers are lacking as well, which is another factor contributing to poor grades.

I don't really mind, my country lacking school funds. The amount of money the government embezzled, makes feel no pity for them. I have friends from south Africa, and their unionist leaders, made becoming a teacher so easy, that when a national survey was conducted, most students got higher test results then their teachers.

GIFs aren't allowed because they're "too annoying" (though I know what they mean) and take up storage. Maybe they prefer "softer" GIFs - ones that don't have much movement in them like King's, if they were allowed by the public.
