It does seem unbelievable, but yes, we are literally modding that fast.

Actually, every post is moderated before being visible to all users. Unfortunately, there is currently no way for a user to see whether their post has cleared moderation yet.
There always is... just check if you can quote the post, if the post is quotable, then its moderated

Okay. That's good, I was worried posts were coming up while Staff though they were being moderated.
I still have those worries, a post once got moderated in 10 seconds.

Ah. So, apparently a way you can tell if a post has been approved is if the 'Quote' button shows up on top. If you can quote the post it's approved.
So somebody figured that out before me... about 6 months before me
