Yeah, they really like for us to run outside... we ran outside today around town for 25 minutes. My shins are killing me, but I guess it'll help my endurance.
I guess so. It's sounds like a painful, yet fulfilling exercise drill. I've never done anything like that before, but maybe I should to train my endurance.
I would say try running like 12 minutes. It's still hard but not as brutal. School has been cancelled so there goes the first month of track.

I think I've ran for 12 minutes before, though that's with some short breaks in between. I don't know if I can do 12 minutes continuously. Ah yes, I guess that's kind of good, unless you were looking forward to it.

Ah yeah. It's a brutal sport... at least for the first month. If the season gets up and going again, not sure how it'll pan out since we'll all be used to lying around in our homes. xD
