OOC: Listen to Hell March to the Apocalypse while reading.
IC:
Amongst the forests and plains of the Eagle territory, far away from any settlements, several trucks and APCs set up, camouflaged by nets and hidden amongst bushes and trees. Figures dressed green and brown ponchos and helmets dress up large communications antennae, hidden as trees and tall bushes. A few hours later, a brief message is broadcast over a few radio waves, into the occupied territory.
"This is Pronto company! We will commence ECM procedures in T minus 10! Switch to pre-planned channels immediately! Five, four..." Suddenly, all radios and wireless connections in the expanses of Eagle territories stop working, as they are filled with either static or distorted versions of Chimean folk songs. The possibility of a nation-wide prank is quickly dismissed as copious amounts of long-distance missiles sail across the skies to strike communications antennae, and telephone lines are cut. Transport planes descend from the stratosphere along the borders, and bouquets of parachutes are tossed from the skies as men and vehicles are dropped near the aforementioned positions. Attack helicopters circle the borders, lighting up any Overwatch or Bat elements with powerful weapons, and armoured divisions punch through the border. All vehicles are equipped with military loudspeakers, and their commanders broadcast messages through them to the rightful citizens of the territory.
"ATTENTION! This is an incursion against the forces of the Crawler Empire only! All Eagle civilians, please retreat into your homes and shelters where you shall not be disturbed."
The Bat Commander addresses the lions through a loudspeaker: "We will not fight thou! This is a region of peace, that the eagles have willingly shared with us. If you want, we can negotiate for a portion of this region to be owned by the lions, with the eagles' consent of course."
A small forest clearing in the Eagle land had been covered with tracks marks, its grass upturned, and poles for camouflage nets dug into its soil. The HQ section commanding the Lion force had been plopped down there, and amongst it was a puzzled commander. Then, an infantryman in his fatigues clambered out from one of the IFVs modified for communication purposes, holding a telegram.
"We have confirmation. The enemy commander has refused to fight," said the young officer as he set the paper to rest on a metal table, in front of his commander. "They say that this is a region of peace, willingly shared by the Eagles. They also used disrespectful pronouns when referring to us."
"I don't understand..." said the frustrated commander as he buried his face in his hands, "J-Just, just run over them, will you?" The officer saluted, then went back to the communications IFV.
Then, the loudspeakers turned on again in the advancing Lion vehicles, and patched the officer through: "We will not negotiate with you. We demand the full restoration of the occupied territory to the Eagles, and either the withdrawal or imprisonment of your local forces and their allies."

OOC: Those terms include both the land being restored to the Eagles, but also every Eagle aside from a handful of rebels being sent to prison.
IC: An Eagle soars towards Lion positions.
"Attention! You are trespassing upon the territory of the Eagle Tribe! Withdraw immediately!"

"MONSTERS!"
A black, aged crocodile in armour walks out of the jungle into the HQ followed by several crocodiles with guns. None of the crocs fire.
"This is not war! This is barbarism!"
OOC:Before you say anything, he has a reason for knowing where the camp is, but i'm not willing to reveal it right now.

A tank commander opens his hatch to talk with the Eagle.
"This land is as aquiline as the Outlands. You let the Crawlers waltz in with their military. Why shouldn't we go in? Isn't this land shared?"

"The Crawlers did not attempt to bring war here, and are not associated with the monster Gorbav. You have and are."
The Eagle pauses, before saying, "And unless you plan on shouting about how Gorbav should be thrown in prison and left to rot as you go, I personally advise you to fall back. If you don't, you will, without doubt, be mobbed. if you do, there is still a chance that you will be."

OOC: Monster Gorbav? The gorillas offered you a fair deal, you refused so we destroyed approximately a quarter of your population, than just over half of your capable male adult population. Its all fair.
A tank commander opens his hatch to talk with the Eagle.

OOC: Hope ya don't mind me dropping in... But I thought this would be a perfect time :U.
An Eagle Interceptor comes landing some ways away from where the conversation is. The cockpit opens. "HOLD IT!" Eeran shouts, before he started to make his way out of the seat. Though as soon as he stepped out of the vehicle, he clumsily fell off and into the dirt. With a groan, he pushes himself back up, brushing himself off. "If you're going to argue over my tribe, at least have me get in on it..."

"This lad here, who probably thinks he has some kind of jurisdiction over my armoured platoon, is having double standards applied to us!"
The commander then turns to the messenger, and continues to argue, "So, you let them in after they massacred and plundered several Tribes, and they established a blockade here, against everyone that isn't a bug or a smart bird, then created a little thought police to go beat on those that disliked them, and we're the aggressors? One of us is naïve, and I didn't let some insect crawl into my house under the guise of 'living peacefully' while he torched the rest of the continent. Now, if you excuse me, I have a depot to take, and freedom to deliver."

"You make it sound like we've been quarantined. Now, i've been out of commission for a good few months, so i'm a little lost about the whole Crawler thing. And upset too, admittedly." He glances at the messenger. "By the way, I want to know who allowed this... As soon as possible." He turns back to the commander. "Regardless on where I stand with this little infestation of ours though, you aren't to take another step in here if you intend on harming any Eagles."

"Unless you wish for an aerial bombardment to utterly obliterate your forces, you should turn back now." The Eagle messenger flies away, as he doesn't wish to be caught in the fire.
