The number of guards on duty is increased, and the Eagle Authorities are informed of these occurrences. The Civil Protection Units are allowed to go about their business, unless they harass Eagle Citizens again.

The bat commander from before flies to the guard. Bat: "Sorry about this. We don't have authority over the scorpion CPs, but we do have authority over the Bat CPs. Commander Brakket (batonmaster500) will make sure they don't get to the same behavior as the scorpions. I'll contact that Scortica guy who commands the scorpion CPs."

Everything in the Spire is shared, so there's nothing wrong with sharing it with a few more people. Those Overwatch fellows are barking mad, but the bulk of the Crawlers seem good."

”I think the air up here might be a little too thin for their kind. They don’t have to be in the Outlands, but they shouldn’t be here. Especially not with authority over the ‘protection’ of Eagle citizens, and especially not with their banner waving over our heads.
You word it as if we’re hosting guests, soldier, but I know a passive conquest when I see one.”
