do you agre with my ideas about a eagle triumvirate
OOC: Please see my post on your HQ topic. We can work this out there. Additionally, these are the rules taken from the general Roleplay Guidelines that apply to the Chima RP in particular, please read through them:
1. The user that creates a topic controls its content and direction. The creator of a topic can:
automatically take on the highest position assign positions to other users decide the plotline that the topic will follow give control of the topic to another user decide if the topic will or will not have a '10 Page No Attack Agreement'
Once a topic has been created it belongs to all the users within it. Although the topic creator controls the everyday running of the topic, he/she cannot request to have the topic deleted or locked.
2. All users in a roleplay are expected to play fair. Fair play includes the following roleplay expectations:
No character can be invincible and no character can possess indestructible weapons. Users cannot read Jammers that are not directed to them. No user can completely control a different user's character or faction, unless the user who'd originally controlled the character/faction gives permission (in the case of a character), or goes inactive (in the case of a faction). In the case of faction leaders, other users can take control of them if it is unquestionably necessary to do so (ex: leader character being in the middle of a battle when his/her creator goes inactive). The last one there isn't on the RP guidelines topic for some reason, but it's a general rule for pretty much any RP. There are also rules we needed to create for the Chima RP in particular over the years, and they're listed below.
Chima RP Exclusive Rules:
1. The method of brainwashing known as a "persuader plant" cannot be used. A user can brainwash a character through the use of hypnotism, but they can only do so to their own characters, not to other users' characters.
2. A user cannot kill, or "smash" another user's character, unless permission is given. The same principle applies as with hypnotism, in that a user can smash their own characters, but not those of other users normally. To remove an inactive user's character, users can make it so that the character's fate is "unknown."
3. A user cannot introduce new types of chi outside of the canon chi and fire chi. Users can establish different sources of regular chi outside of Mount Cavora, but that should be done sparingly.
4. If a user wishes to introduce a new weapon or vehicle, it needs to be approved by the Fanon Approval Committee (this one we've gotten more lenient on).
5. If a user wishes wishes to introduce a new species, it needs FAC approval first (this one is much more important).
6. If a user wants to roleplay as a particular species in Chima, but doesn't like the direction that specie's original tribe has taken, the user is free to create his/her own faction comprised of said species (this one has been very helpful for people). I think that's all of them.

I hope the new-comer will acclimate himself and follow the social cues and plays around here, i have faith in him, but this young padawan is just a bit rily for the moment. He could be the guy of the next generation of Chima RP'ers for all we know.

yes,sure.and I haven’t see a #6
I meant the rule about how you can create your own faction around a species if you don't like the direction the species' main tribe has taken.
I have problem,in the list stand that the j have posted new posts, but I don’t see anything
Every post on this website is moderated and approved by moderators before a post is seen by everyone. So, if you don't see a post, it means it hasn't been approved yet. Eagle HQ
(OOC: Oh we get 3k characters to make posts now! WHen that happen, and when did you change your name and PFP?) -After prolly just being in some strange stasis, Both Eris and Edessa look around and find Leonard has left them. they shrugged and decide to leave this place and head on back to their Forgotten Base in Eagle Territory.-
Eris: "WHat's been going on...?"
Edessa: "I have no idea, but i felt we were asked for something to do... but i can't remember, even as an Eagle!"
Eris: "if you can't remember, it prolly wasn't that important at all..."
Edessa: "Yeah, guess you're right on that lassie..."
-They end up both being blissfully unaware about what has happened to Leonard...-
OOC: The 3000 character limit was added a few weeks ago, and I'm glad it was. I changed my username and avatar recently. Felt like I might as well finally change it up, and there's a meme wherein a picture of a shoebill stork will be accompanied by the naming convention, "The [letter]".
IC: Eris and Edessa, after likely remaining cautiously silent due to hearing about the listening devices (maybe earlier than Leonard did) see the former Lion Sect leader depart from the Forgotten's regional HQ with Galvanor's army, returning to Eagle Spire.
OOC: Side note; I keep picturing the landing pad where Leonard and Galvanor arrived as being at the bottom of a large hole in the ground, with grass all around on the surface (but not covering the hole), and the landing strip going into a tunnel that leads to a Forgotten base built both underground and above ground.
As the Eagle Army recovers, Galvanor is annoyed upon hearing about Set-Ra/Winslow's defection and relinquishing of the "fire chi tax".
Galvanor: "So that's how it is... It seems I had misunderstood 'Winslow'. I should've treated him as more of an equal."
In the throne room, Galvanor radios the Wolves.
Galvanor: "Lobo, are you there? Let's meet back up at--"
Wol'jin: "Greetings, Wolf President Wol'jin here. Unfortunately for you, Your Majesty, my usurper has, in fact, willingly stepped down and remembered where his real loyalties lie. The Wolves' alliance with you was but a footnote in history."
The gryphon slams the radio down.
Galvanor: "DA[RN] IT ALL! Winslow and Lobo, I'll wipe you two from the face of this planet along with the Rays!"
He slumps in his throne and thinks.
Galvanor: "I can... still salvage this. The Sabertooths have a fleet, don't they? I'll get the Ice Hunters to join Primordium, yes. Or we'll join them, whichever they prefer... The Eagles have never directly fought the Hunters, so we're already on decent footing, and we have a common enemy in the Chima Alliance and Unichi. Maybe we can take their fleet straight to the west, and ambush the Empire. That's right, the Rays would have no way of having fire chi, surely. So the Ice Hunters' powers would surprise and crush them just like the Crawler Empire. It'll be so much easier to bomb their continent, and all of their colonies, to ash once they're frozen."
Galvanor chuckles, and reflects: "Lycor, Wol'jin, Winslow, and all the other arrogant aristocrats of this era probably think they've defeated me now. They didn't account for me allying with the Hunters. I'm surprised I didn't think of this sooner. I wasted my time trying to appeal to these high-and-mighty Phoenix and inland tribes, trying to give them all a second chance despite them betraying me 819 years ago... Now I realize who my real allies should've been all along. I used to be an 'Ice Hunter' myself, after all, and I owe my revival in this era to the Mammoth King and Prince. Although that Lyrix had a Fire Wing Harness, so I'm sure it's only a matter of time before those inland hypocrites initiate an Illumination, and presumably remove elemental powers from Chima, maybe even reset the universe as Faerin had claimed all those years ago, so I better move quickly. No matter what happens afterward, I will wipe out the Rays. That is my only mission, and my prerogative, even. Right... Father?"
Galvanor sends eagles north to negotiate with the Hunters. He also assigns Leonard and the old but experience Gorilla General Gen Kai Shek, who's still living with the Eagles, as his two Supreme Commanders, to somewhat replace Winslow and Lobo.
