Galvanor, after hearing about what happened at Croc HQ, quickly summons Set-Ra and Lobo here for a meeting.
The wolf and phoenix arrive in their personal aircraft. They land and enter the Eagle Spire with their respective bodyguards. Meeting in the war room, the three leaders of Primordium discuss their next battle.
Galvanor: "There's no point relying on the fire chi drought tactic; the Lions still have their regular chi, which they can use just fine in battle against us. We've been incredibly unlucky to lose Sobek so early on, too."
Lobo: "Why don't we ally with an Ice Tribe? We'd be back up to four tribes, and we could freeze the Lions or threaten them into surrendering once they run out of fire chi."
Set-Ra: "Unfortunately impossible. The Sabertoothes, Icebears, or Mammoths would never join Primordium as long as this alliance includes the Phoenix, and the Empire of Balance has taken a neutral stance on this war, their business with Viona notwithstanding."
Galvanor: "Set-Ra is right. We need to launch our attack before Lycor launches his. That's the only way to get an upper hand at this point. A full frontal assault on the Lion City with all our strength, to take out or capture Lycor and blockade the city afterward."
Lobo: "Now that I like the sound of!"
Set-Ra: "Hmm..."
The three Primordium leaders gather their air forces, and fly east at full power.
Leonard's jet arrives above the Forgotten Eagle Sect base in the region. The base is now surrounded at a distance, and at all times, by monitoring Eagle Tribe forces, so the lion has to go through a long security check before landing, especially to make sure he's not part of the Lion Tribe. Eventually, Leonard is able to land, and briskly walks into the hangar to meet with the leader of the Eagle Sect.
Leonard: "Galvanor's keeping watch on you 24/7 now. Although I guess you already knew that."

Edessa: "Ah, well that makes sense... anyway. Do you mean the Galvanor here at the spires? I can't keep track of others very well, you know." -the brown-feathered eagle said, crossing his arms-
Eris: "Wait, there's a second civil war going on? Geez Chima can't catch a break can't it...?" -she'd say throwing up her arms in a "meh" gesture-

Leonard flees from the Forgotten base, only for Galvanor and a large amount of his eagles to land in front of the lion's jet, surrounding Leonard.
Galvanor: "Hello there, Leonard of the Forgotten. You didn't really think I hadn't put plenty of listening devices in this base, did you? This other faction's base in my territory? You must have been acting on emotion and not thinking straight, to not think of-- Wait, never mind, whatever! The point is, the timing worked out quite well, wouldn't you agree? Your pitiful attempt to get those Forgotten to help you overthrow me gave me something to listen to on the way here, and now I'd like to have a talk with you."
Leonard growls, looking at the encircling eagles with their pulsors pointed at him: "Well I suppose I don't have a choice."
As Leonard tries to convince the Forgotten Eagles to go with his plan, however, Galvanor and the Eagle Army appear over the horizon from the east.

Leonard: "Yeah, you took the opportunity to seize power. Why else would you disguise yourself as one of the previous king--"
Galvanor: "Yes, yes, that's what everyone says. I'm used to the slander. But here's the thing: I'm not exactly the pretender to the throne you think I am. What if I were to tell you that I am the true heir to the Eagle Throne, and every Eagle King that's sat upon said throne for the last 819 years, from Elrond to even Erdrik, has been a false heir?!"
Leonard: "What?? How do you expect to convince anyone of that clai--"
Galvanor: "I've already convinced the Eagles, because my "claim" is the truth. 819 years ago, during the final year of the Avian Triumvirate--Mammalian Confederation War, the Eagle King was betrayed and slain by Faerin, the leader of the rogue Phoenix faction he'd unfortunately allied with. The Eagle King, my adoptive father, sacrificed himself to help me escape her wrath. He had NO biological children, and by Eagle Law, an adoptive son or daughter is to be made King or Queen whenever that's the case. The Eagles of 800 years ago, however, didn't want a half-breed like me on the throne, so they selected a competent leader to falsely claim as the late King's biological son. Everyone knew that was a big fat load of garbage, but they pretended it was the truth all the same. Disgusted, I left the Eagles to their delusions, and put my focus toward eliminating Faerin, where I was caught in the crossfire of the Battle of the Purple City, and frozen beneath the Arctic waters, instead of slain. The children of the Eagles' false King served as kings and queens for so many centuries that the Eagles eventually forgot all about me, and ACTUALLY started believing that their fantasy was reality; that these really were the descendants of their... beloved original monarchy."
Leonard: "...Then why did you disguise yourself upon your return?"
Galvanor: "I assumed the Eagles of today would also refuse to accept me as their King, especially seeing as all record of my existence, and of that war, were present only in the "completely ridiculous" section of the Eagle Library. After I was unmasked, I figured it was worth a shot, and so I revealed the truth to the Eagles; the vast majority of them believed my claim paired with the records of 800 years ago, and accepted me as the true Eagle King, which I was always supposed to be!"
Leonard: "That's right, most history books detailing events that involved the Fire or Ice tribes were thrown into the completely ridiculous section following King Leodus' memory erasure spell 121 years ago."
Galvanor: "So you see Leonard, if you're truly loyal to the Eagle Tribe, then you're loyal to ME, its rightful King. There are no loopholes around it."
Leonard: "...I see. Forgive me for the misunderstanding, Your Majesty."
