*An injured Set-Ra walks up a hill in view of the eagles. He throws down his sword, his blaster, and his fire chi. He yells.* I come in peace!! I mean you no harm!! Help me!! I am sorry!! Ahh-argh this hurts so much. *The only reason he is standing is his staff.*

Eagle guards fly down to meet him. After checking Set-Ra over just in case and acquitting all his weapons (except for the staff), they fly him up to the Spire, where he is treated by a doctor. The masked Eagle King walks into the hospital room with his arms crossed.
Erdrik: "Well, well, this is unexpected. Of course, the best person to ask for an explanation is the Emperor himself."

So I guess you mean in the sense that the Fiona woman took full control of the tribe while you were gone. Though I ask again, what does that have to do with the Eagles specifically? Why attack us? Were you... delusional, or something?"

Things are back to normal in the Eagle Spire and the tribe's territory beyond, and Emmet sees that the damage wasn't as serious as he'd thought. Eagles fly to wherever he's landed to meet him.

I was delusional Erdrik. I give you my sicerest apologies once again. When I was gone the phoenix tribe stayed out of the affairs of the other tribes, we phoenixes must help. But, that's what happened, probably since Fiona is a vulture.

He turns back to Set-Ra.
Erdrik: "If what you're saying is true, this is practically a full-blown conspiracy. Is the Empire of Balance controlling the Phoenix Tribe with a puppet leader, or do the Vultures themselves not know of this? In any case, I guess the real question is: should we in this room keep this between us, or make it public?"
