The magnetism holds no sway over the energy, and though the heat resistance proves to make it not quite as lethal as intended, there is still a massive chunk of antidermis completely obliterated upon contact.
If he's still in the middle of his dodge, then Dodge would still be active and Voidarix would be able to duck under the sword. Similarly, as the sword is already very close to Voidarix and stretched completely outwards, it would be hard to get power behind it anyways. However, Voidarix follows it up with an upward slice with his axe the outstretched, sword-bearing arm now above his head. Before it gets anywhere near, a paper-thin plane of energy explodes upwards, acting like a blade that cleaves through the arm at the elbow.
OOC: Let's hope so However, if you don't want your character to die, I'm fine halting the fight when one of the two is incapacitated.
Not even the power of dodge can ignore simple physics and geometry. Seeing as how Voidarix would've needed to dodge to pull this stunt, Kratark's sword hits its mark.
Au contraire, it doesn't have to. Kratark stabbed his sword forward towards Voidarix's back, proccing the initial Dodge, then took a moment to defend against the incoming burst of energy. As it stands now, Voidarix is to the side of the sword.
Then, Kratark swung his blade sideways towards Voidarix. As it was directly after his initial thrust, and that Voidarix is directly beside it, it'd be impossible to get any meaningful power out of it without even a slight wind-up. This means there is a miniscule, yet present delay before the blade connects. This combined with Dodge still being up, according to you, means that it'd be child's play to duck under it with the aforementioned Kraata power's practically untouchable nature.
This is, of course, followed up by the axe-energy blast to the elbow.

He defended and swung at the same time
I would also note he doesn't have to cut Voidarix... he just has to touch him.

Alas, you stated that after the initial thrust, you activated disintegration, but made no mention of doing the same for the swing. In fact, it was worded as if he stabbed Voidarix, then activated disintegration, meaning it was a one-time attack. So, be it an assumed addition or just an oversight, it's a bit too late to retroactively add that.
But even giving you the benefit of the doubt, Dodge would still be able to duck underneath the blade. The highest tier of Dodge is stated to make the user "impossible to physically strike, no matter how swiftly or powerfully." Even the tier below is "skilled enough to dodge even Pohatu Nuva's speed." Therefore, a weak tap with a sword would still be child's play to duck under, especially as- as you stated- it was still in the middle of the Dodge being active.

No, no, I'm pretty sure I mentioned that the sword was having disintegration channeled through it, period.

Hmm... touche, then where were we?
Kratark loses his elbows, and his sword. Black smoke flows freely from his arms, acting as a decoy to protect his antidermis, which has not started leaking yet. He launches a fragmentation blast on the ground before Voidarix, and retreats into some unseen corner of the arena. He uses this time to use quick healing, restoring his armor.

Kratark prowls about the arena, looking to see if Voidarix is off guard yet. He uses his akaku to look through walls and stay at a distance. He refrains from playing mind games so as to not announce that he still retains a presence.

OOC: Sorry about the late reply- college is a killer
The living earth spots him wherever he goes, upheaving and wrapping around his ankles as Voidarix appears overhead, cackling as he launches a barrage of energy down below.

The second the earth tries to grab Kratark, he turns to smoke and manuevers away, intangible.
"How long do you think you can keep up this farce? I wonder if you even know why I'm fighting you, or if you even care. Truly, I pity you. Seemingly unable to see past the sheer joy of a good fight. Unable to contain your thirst for violence. I wonder, also... just what made you think that Metru Nui counted as 'not densely populated'. Truly: the parallels between you and I are uncanny. It exhilarates you, doesn't it? Watching buildings crumble at the flick of a wrist. Staring down Matoran and watching their hopes and dreams vanish from their eyes. Burying your axes in those foolish enough to stop you, and those foolish enough to not try. Never considering why, just doing it. Apathy, at its finest."
He had managed to run and duck through most if not all of the energy blasts, deflecting them on occasion with solid shadow projections if it made sense to do so. He was just about teleport into the sky to attempt a bladed punch on Voidarix, when suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, a comet struck him. A large Rahi, surrounded in a glowing red aura, had suddenly jetted into the Coliseum's airspace, and rammed itself straight into Voidarix at speeds greater than those provided by a kakama. Upon doing this, the beast had hovered in the air. It had wings, but did not flap them, instead, some red exhaust was pouring forth from them, apparently providing enough thrust for it to remain airborne seemingly indefinitely. It eyed Voidarix with some vague intelligence. Kratark could scarcely do naught else but stare at the sky, bewildered and surprised for the first time in his life, at the strange Rahi he saw, for it was not one of his, and yet, seemed vaguely familiar to something he himself would create.

With the innumerable number of "eyes" on the ground staring into the sky, Voidarix sees this coming as well, simply teleporting away from the comet-like Rahi before it impacts him. He simply doesn't care about it now, teleporting directly towards Kratark instead. Once again, the earth upheaves beneath him, but is comboed this time with a dome of slow overhead.
He doesn't seem to register Kratark's words, too full of exhilaration and adrenaline, though he seems to let loose an insane laugh in reply.
I also forgot to mention before, but Greg confirmed that quick healing actually only works on organic material, so Kratark still has massive, gaping holes in his armor.

OOC: Eh, he's pretty good at protecting himself with smoke anyways
IC: Having sustained damage, and not knowing the intentions of the Rahi in the skies, Kratark uses the opportunity to teleport away from the situation. The rocket-powered Rahi, meanwhile, performs another high-speed tackle on Voidarix like before, letting loose a sonic boom as it does so. Strangely, the beast seems bent on taking out Voidarix for some reason.

Waffles- presumably- slams into the unsuspecting Makuta- who only has a split second to react, activating Density Control to become uber-hard upon impact with the ground, leaving him scratched and bruised but otherwise unharmed. In swift retaliation, the ground upheaves, innumerable pairs of rocky hands bursting upwards to cling to the beast's armor. They climbed up over his body, a sea of hands restraining him by every nook and edge in his armor, and they show no signs of stopping.
Even as the beast is swarmed, Voidarix teleports directly above the beast, staring at it intently. For now, it seems Kratark is out of Voidarix's mind, his short attention span now focused entirely on the dragon upon him.

"Pretty lizard..."
Several red cracks appear on the rocky hand, and it shatters completely into dust.
The creature silently hovered around the area with some degree of intelligence seemingly behind it. Well, if you can call a quieter version of the sound of rocket exhaust 'silent'. It then opted to fly circles -- very fast circles, around Voidarix, to see what his reaction would be.

OOC: By the way... is this Waffles? That disintegration-like power was nowhere in his profile, and I can't find anything else matching its description.
IC: Luckily there are thousands of hands, and even as one of many are destroyed, hundreds more pile on, being created much faster than they are destroyed. As it is, it is currently restrained, unable to move.
Voidarix smiles at the attempted escape, slowly moving down till he's almost touching the lizard, axe glowing brightly as it presses against its metallic "skin." Upon impact, Disintegration floods into the beast, tearing it apart bit by bit.

OOC: It is ??? a... Rahi? That exhibits unusual powers. Apart from that -- it's a secret. However, if want to know more about what I'm imagining, the source material is known as the "Valphalk" (or barufaruku in proper Japanese) and it is a monster from Monster Hunter XX, a Japan-exclusive title.
A field of plasma surrounds the creature, instantly either melting or vaporizing any solid material that gets within a foot or so of it. It then bursts into the sky, loops around, and surrounds itself in a force-field, all the while ramming Voidarix as many times as it can at high speed by using a hit-and-run tactic.

Voidarix applies a Slow field in front of the charging creature, slowing it to a halt immediately. Voidarix follows it up with Hunger, siphoning away the plasma and heat before slowly draining away its life force bit by bit.
