Thoughts on the new Creator modular style? Anyone.
I think I'm going to buy some smaller ones as they are really, really cheap in Australia for some reason. Might just stack them and make a large house out of the small sets. Good prices means they might make the favourite list.
I like them, although my favorite CREATOR house is still the yellow Beach House:P.
~l)~/\/~/-\~ The tie between real life and legos is imagination .

I think the CREATOR houses are the best creator sets.
Personally, I love the Cool Convertible set that came out in 2008. Mostly because I got it for my birthday in 2008 and it was the biggest LEGO set I had built at the time.
My favourite Creator set would be the Modular Building Series 10th Anniversary set, Assembly Square. I don't know why all those sets are 16+.
I think it is because of the number of pieces and complexity of the set. They seem like they would be difficult to build. I have never owned one of the more expensive Lego Creator sets either. They look like the would be cool to build though.

Although they they take AGES to build, I have never really understood what it means for something to be "difficult to build". What do you mean by that?

Sorry it took a while to reply!!
I think it is the complexity of the set. Say for example building a Technic set, they are difficult to build. (At least for me) The age is 16+ for a reason... (For the modular buildings). The detail of the modular buildings also makes it difficult to build I would assume, but I am not entirely sure.

I haven't bought many creator sets, but I really enjoyed the Horizon Express back in 2013. I thought that was a nice set.
Ive always wanted that set. Does it come with track?
Alas, it does not.
I had already previously owned track from a 2006 LEGO City set (enough for one loop), so I had some reason to buy it because I already owned some track.
I also bought the Power Functions with the Horizon Express, which was nice (I just remember there being some small amounts of frustrations hooking those up).
What's your favorite LEGO CREATOR set? Mine is the yellow Beach House from 2008! I had been dying to get it since it came out and FINALLY got it around 2010:D!
I would have to say the newer green car. Can't remember what it is called.
