I'm eager to join this RP, but I'm confused about the details on characters and NPCs, as well as how this works.
When making a character, you need to pick one or two classes. They don't change anything except for keeping characters from being overpowered by slightly limiting their capabilities. Other than that, it's just like making a character in any other RP. You aren't required to include anything other than a name, a class, and some basic information. If you want to include a detailed backstory, I recommend skimming the Lore Topic for background information. NPCs are the soldiers that fight for the HQs. They can be trained in the HQs. The maximum number and training speed are based on the number of HQ members.
The main difference between this and other RPs is that the HQs don't fight each other, but instead all the characters typically work together to solve some problem in what is called an Event. These happen pretty regularly and vary widely in length and details. The current Event is Xain Invasion.
