The 6th Royal Rhino Order, on war preparation of schools has been repealed, as the army and partisan forces are fully armed, and as I believe in a normal education for all children, to continue, although normal return to schooling occurred over mid-November, and did occur in 98% of schools following the peace treaty, the order was never officially ratified, as schools are now safer than ever before, our nations schools return to normal working conditions.
The 2nd article of this royal order, is to return normal salaries and work times for those working in heavy industry, they will also be compensated with an additional 1000 calories per ration, this is due to the large amount of food from our West Sea colony.

In the several regions of Rhino territory where Lion troops have been deployed, an interesting spectacle unfolds. Large convoys of trucks, tanks, and all sorts of military vehicles flow towards the nearest train stations. Under the curious watch of civilians, they pack their gear and weapons into railcars, and soon large convoys of military personnel and equipment are headed towards other regions of Chima.
Due to the withdrawal of these assets, security on Lion settlements increases, and radar and air defence stations are permanently active.
