There have been many great Supervillains in comics, such as the Joker or Red Skull. Villains that have fabricated vile schemes for many reasons, whether it be for personal reasons or just complete insanity. But out of all the villains in superhero comics, who is the best? (And by that I don't mean most powerful, or else it would just be Thanos v.s. Darkseid )
The Joker and Hydra Loki and Thanos are cool too as well as Hela.

DC: Deathstroke. Marvel: probably Doctor Doom or Beetle...
I don't remember what I originally said, but I just read the Hush storyline, and he is SUPERIOR!! He got Poison Ivy to mind-control Superman, he brought Jason Todd back from the dead, and he may have had the best brickin' arc I've ever read.

Hive from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
This guy was a villain on par with Fire Lord Ozai, which, after watching Ozai, I never thought I’d say about anybody. Hive turned my world upside down, and I'd always been fascinated with villains who could possess people and absorb their knowledge.
Also, according to the MCU Wiki, he was Mayan before he got his powers. On that basis alone, I'd ask the guy so many questions if I got to meet him. Were I not fearing for my life.
