Not the best at editing, so I decided to have fun with this one. Here is a portion of the bootleg Sir Fangar's Ice Fortress. Unfortunately, the swinging bridge is not in the shot, but more photos will come in time some distant future. (This was just the easiest to remove the background.) If you squint, you can see the ice spikes below, and a saber acting as guard with his large bazooka on the side.
And why is there a cyborg saber? Well fellows, why not expand on Sirox's official story of wanting to overthrow Sir Fangar and making Sykor his brother who was augmented with cybernetics to calm his broken mental state after his first go with cybernetics ending him up in the hospital after failing to destroy his target because of his struggle with morality, thus making him a double agent, thus forcing Sirox to brain wipe his own brother, thus raising stakes for the heroes on whether they should destroy Sykor since he is not acting out of free will, thus having a pseudo-intellectual argument because...

EDIT: Sorry Sir Benboy for the extra load of work.
Load of extra work? Was I supposed to scrutinize your chima image or something
If you'd like.
It was because you had to basically approve the same message over again.
Yes, it seems to be working well so far, but I rarely have the energy with it being so hot out. Progress has been slow, but I had a friend over last weekend and she hadn't been here in a while and she seemed impressed with how much had been accomplished, so I guess I haven't been too idle.
Yes, I guess I need to preserve the geometry of what you did... a project for next year probably
Unfortunately no. Real world data is nothing but impossible. At least I'm getting preparation for a career in data engineering...
Ah, good one. I guess I could do the same, as my grocery store gives me rewards points to redeem on future orders, but I'm content with my credit card rewards alone.
Oh yeah, it's been quite hot here too, the hottest it's ever been. That's good, slow and steady progress.
Sounds good. I wonder if there's a way to simplify the mechanism to make it easier to scale up.
I see. I know with some of the things I do for work I have to do a lot of data collection, but thankfully I'm just making the thing to collect data and don't have to do much analyzing on my end.
That works too as long as you get a good deal. My mom is always keen on saving money and taking any opportunity when there's a sale or a points system on things like groceries.
The other week I was able to get the plates and bricks sorted, which took about 2.5 days, so that felt good to get out of the way.
I think I just need to make sure the angles given by the 90 degree technic beams you used are preserved when I scale it, or just try to keep it the same size as you did.
Hopefully the data you collect doesn't give the data engineers headaches when they go to use it
I try to avoid giving myself too much of a headache over a couple bucks
BabyDill Any chance you could spare some rabbit care opinions/advice?
Sure thing! Did you get a rabbit!? Get a good waterer. Don't go to cheap on these cause they drip all day if it's poorly made, making your bunnies space wet and or just wasting water. (Learned this the hard way) I would suggest that you get a feeder that can be secured to the side of the cage. Otherwise, they tend to throw their food bowl around like a rag doll. If you're getting it young you have to cuddle it a lot to make sure it's not goanna kick you when you pick it up. (I got some swicked scrapes from rabbits that were not used to being held.) And I suggest a good absorbent sort of thing for where he goes bano. (Clean once a week about works for me) You can feed them once a day or twice a day just be sure you're feeding a good amount. (If you can barely, or are not really able to, feel the ribs and the hip bones that's good. If it's easy to feel the ribs, like you could count them, and the hip bones are jabbing out when you feel them. Babbit needs moar foods. Oh,also, if at all possible, hay is better (tho a bit pricier) than straw. Straw would be like them eating potato chips, and hay has much better nutrition. It'd prob be a good idea when buying a ribbit to check its ears, eyes, and nose to insure they are clear and not got tons of gunk in them. After you get the rabbit check its ears ever so often. Cause they can get really bad ear mites. This doesn't mean they're really sick or anything it just means that their space is a bit dirty. (I'm a bit traumatized by my bunny getting mites. It looked so gross! But easily fixed with either coconut oil in, and on, the ears or medicated eardrops) If there is anything else you need to know, you have but to ask, my friend.

Whoa, that is a lot of information.
I actually have two! This one is about five years old (so he's getting up there in rabbit years). Specifically I was hoping you might have some ideas about how to help with scalding on the back legs. It originally became a problem a couple months ago because he was just hanging out in his bano area even though we started cleaning it more. It has gotten significantly worse recently as he has decided to make messes in his cage all over and then sits in it. We are at a loss for how to keep him at least dry if not fully clean. I don't know a lot of other rabbit people so if you have any suggestions I am all ears

Nice progress. I'm considering moving out to a different apartment depending on whether the rent is any better, but once I settle that I'll consider bringing my LEGO to my apartment instead of leaving it at my parent's house.
Yeah those angles are important for routing the force to the sliding doors. Now that I look back at that mechanism, I wonder if there are any simpler ways of doing the same thing.
Hehe, unfortunately it has. There was a lot of debugging to make sure it works correctly.
That's fair. Sometimes it's worth the extra cost to not worry.

Next I think I'll go through the wedge plates and the plates with funny shapes, I guess. It's a slog. Last week I went through some older pieces I had put aside, some needed a little scrub with soap and water. My parents' move settled that for me, though I still have instructions manuals and empty boxes at their place. Next time I'm there I need to organize things there better.
Well, if you ever get bored enough I welcome any suggestions. Otherwise I'll be letting you know when I get around to it.
It all boils down to an optimization problem
I bought some more used LEGO the other week, including a shogun minifig. Never had one before.
