I mean that the tiny rocket propelled bullets fly through him. Like a bullet would. Not all of them fly through, but I'd imagine a good majority does. And dodging would be considerably difficult to do, considering your forward momentum from the swing and all that.
IC: Rocket lands with several scratches and wounds across his armor and body. Rocket rolls to the side and turns into a swarm of missiles, which flies behind another pillar.
OOC: A little bit, that's why I try not to stay up too late
IC: Rahorus uses his jutlin to decay a few of the rockets. By now, Rocket should have for sure lost at least an arm, if not more.
Rocket stands behind the large stone pillar, missing several pieces of armor and having gained several more wounds across his body. Several small rockets move around his body to redistribute the damage. He waits for either Rahorus to collapse, or to make another move.
OOC: And so she would find it neccesary to track the mind of a wandering and rather unknown matoran of all people? Choosing who is track based on them being controlled by users is the definition of metagaming.
Oops, you spoke about a relay network in the post where the illusion guy was setting down canisters. I misunderstood it as the canisters were the relay network.
OOC: A matoran with the power to cause the impossible is most certainly going to gather her attention. And when Timoria herself reports "hey, this dude saw me even tho im cloaked", Mnemosyne will be confused. So, no, this case is not metagaming.
Ooh! That! My apologies. Yes, the canisters are a relay network, of sorts. It's complicated
OOC: I assumed that Timoria didn’t notice him, considering the speed he was working and Darren’s unremarkable appearance. K then.
OOC: So basically what his profile says. Good we got that sorted out
IC: The sturdy missile flies through the explosion, but is thrown off course and skids along the ground, exploding as previously stated.
Eric grabs the axe blade, as it turns into a handle and the previous handle turns into a blade, cutting through Axarella's fingers all in one action. He then drops and tries to escape Axarella's grip spinning around to do so.
Axarella doesn't let go with her hand. Even if it's in pain. She likes the pain.
Eric stabs the knife into the bottom of the wrist belonging to the hand holding him, where it morphs into a ball with several very sharp spikes. Eric then tries to pry the fingers off of his shoulder so he can escape.

"Are you seriously having problems trying to kill a single Matoran?" "Centaur" drawls out, deadpanning.
"Shut up, "Centaur". This isn't your average Matoran." Rahorus snaps back. He uses his gun to fire at Rocket, while running towards Rocket, brandishing the buzzsaw menacingly.
OOC: At this point, Rocket has two options. Die, flee or get help. I highly recommend he flees.

Then why does it lethally explode? Wat?
OOC: Timoria's a chick
*facepalms*
I cannot explain that to you, for certain reasons. Essentially, the cannisters have a relay network in them, allowing Mnemosyne to psionically detonate them as she pleases.

Eric stabs the knife into the bottom of the wrist belonging to the hand holding him, where it morphs into a ball with several very sharp spikes. Eric then tries to pry the fingers off of his shoulder so he can escape.
Axarella frowns, grabbing him with her other arm by the neck. She slams him down into the ground, pinning him down with her legs, essentially sitting on Eric. She rips the ball out of her wrist, before slamming it down on Eric's face repeatedly. She also pulls a gun out, aiming it right at Eric's face.

OOC: Two options: Die, Flee, or get help . Plus, considering that Rahorus has many many holes in his body, I fail to see how this is believable at all.
IC: The bullets harmlessly bounce off of the stone pillar. Out of the dust resulting from slicing the pillar, a swarm of many many rockets fly out and smash through Rahorus’ jutlin, and then theough his head. The last missile arrives slightly later, exploding inside his head. The missiles regroup into Rocket on a decorative ledge hanging high on the wall.

OOC: If you don’t want others to know, Jammers is always an option. So what are they? Bombs or communicators? Plus how would somebody interact with a mechanically device with mental powers?

"Apologize. Now." She sneers.
OOC: 1... 2... 3... I count 6 moves in that post. Please write your posts in a such a way that it fits with roleplay rules.

OOC: I just realized something... I don't have to actually tell you what they are. Also, please rethink the bolded. In a world of mechanics with psychics, and with telekinesis being a common power.. How can a mental power affect a mechanical device, when technopathy is a thing?

OOC: The bolded counts as one move. It can be simplified as 'she restrains him', I simply went further into detail as to what she was doing. Now it's only 4 moves, just ignore the italicized.

OOC: I'm stressed and tired, okay? Rahorus doesn't have as many holes as you seem to think. Sure, he's wounded, but Rocket's got far more wounds.
IC: The bullets shoot through the stone pillar. The next wave strike Rocket.
OOC: Um.. Just letting you know, your move is illegal. 100% illegal. I simply don't care about Rahorus enough to argue it. And it's amusing, because the mental image is quite hilarious
IC: "Centaur" sees this happen, and sighs. "Of course he got himself killed. Always underestimating everyone." The centaur like being drawls. He rises to his full height, 16 feet and 7 inches. He looks up at the high placed matoran, and slams his staff down. A stasis field forms around Rocket. "An interesting specimen. Should I kill you, for daring to kill my dearest Gun King, or applaud you?" He ponders aloud. He waves his staff once, and a portal appears beneath Rocket, delivering the stasis'd matoran to the ground. "What am I going to do with you?" He ponders.
OOC: I hope you realize you're ignoring the simple fact that Orcorix is at this point thinking faster than the speed of light. I would also note to you that adaptation cannot repair your armor, and that at the very least most if not all of Orcorix's antidermis would have leaked into the surrounding air by now. Giving Emarcee ample time to escape. You're also ignoring such factors as being distracted by another ability Emarcee was using, such as LIGHT, which definitely would've prevented the mental attack from doing much damage. I would also note to you a Makuta simply cannot use that many abilities at one time. If you were able to launch all 42 at the same time, any opponent you faced would die in seconds.
OOC I have color coded our discussion for your benefit and because Christmas.
He is not thinking that fast. Adaption and limited invulnerability are passive abilities, meaning that they are always on at a low level, which through PL is rather high. It is true a good portion of his antidermis would leak out, but not nearly enough to incapacitate him before the hole was sealed, which was not due to adaption but quick healing, as I specified in my post.
You are forgetting that there are currently three makuta chasing him, each with three heads controlled by different personalities. Meaning each Orcorix only has to use three powers. 1. Slow, sleep, confusion 2. gravity, magnetism, and chain lightning 3. Mental attack, laser vision, and Shadow (which he was using to counter the light attacks in a previous post if you don't remember.)
I should have specified that the powers were from different Orcorix, that was my bad. Also, when I countered the light attacks in a previous post, you did not bring them up again, which led me to believe that Emarcee had stopped attacking with light.
OOC: I didn't want to do this... but OP must be met with OP
IC: Emarcee, thoroughly annoyed with Orcorix, switches his helmet to infrared mode, and creates electricity inside of Orcorix's armor in an attempt to fry the antidermis inside. It should be noted that with how much pain Emarcee is experiencing, his desperation will force him to be using this power at a very high level.

OOC: you seem to forget that emarcee is being slowed, put to sleep, and confused all at the same time. These are at least two reasons he is unable to attack
But wait, there's more!
He is also being electrocuted (although given he has electricity powers I'm not sure how effective that would be), laser vision is slicing him to pieces, gravity is crushing him mercilessly, and the tiny shattered fragmented remains of his armor are being yanked through his body by intense magnetism. ALSO, his mind is more destroyed than his armor.
Basically, the first part is why he couldn't attack because he is incapacitated, and the second part is he couldn't attack because he is smashed.
