IC: Kael sees the island of Xia in the distance as his boat comes closer. The boat docks, and the Plantlife Toa steps onto the shore. He sees a large, mysterious figure running toward him. Another figure comes behind him and throws a net over him. Kael blacks out as the figures drag him away.

Lightning strikes on Xia, and the figures are confronted by a being they haven't seen before.
"Just what do you think you're doing? Kidnapping this Toa for no good reason."

"Just what do you think you're doing? Kidnapping this Toa for no good reason."
One of the figures turns toward the inquiring Xian.
"This Toa, I'm afraid, is the most wanted being on Stelt. The Steltian law enforcement, which I am an officer of, will happily arrest you as well if you don't get out of the way."
The beings dump the unconscious Kael into the boat he came in.

"Let him go. He's done nothing wrong, and has acted in the service of Mata Nui -- with or without your espionage."
One of the figures turns toward the inquiring Xian.
