Duplo destroys Brickburg, changing it to a post apocalyptic wasteland. Emmet tries his best to enjoy life like he used to but Wildstyle (Who is now named Lucy.) Keeps on trying to tell him to face the facts that everything is not in fact awesome. The team is then attacked by an alien who shoots explosive hearts and kidnapps everyone except Emmet. Emmet then takes Planty on a mission to rescue them.

in this film, the LEGO MOVIE stars in an app from the world inside your phone
LEGO LIFE
every mini fig has one purpose, to be the same minifig and dont change at all
but emmet is different
he is many different minifigs
when the user of the phone selects emmet to be used in a lego life post, he is very nervous and becomes the wrong minifig
the entire app of lego life goes spare and emmet has to run away with a stupid sidekick to make silly jokes, bennie
emmet goes on a hunt to find something that will fix this problem, he meets wildstyle, and they get chased by the lego life guards coming to get him and they switch over to many different lego apps
meanwhile the user thinks his phone is broken and goes to reset it
in a final attempt to make things right, emmet sends his minifig out to stop the reset
the user realizes his mistake and doesnt reset the phone
Emmet walks to his house, opens the door, goes into his house, closes the door, drinks coffee, walks over to the door, opens the door, walks out of his house, closes the door, stands looking at his house for an hour, says ''Awesome'', and then jumps up and down for a few hours. THE END.
I, personally think they already accomplished this, but here we go! *Ahem* The entire universe gets melted down, and then put in a spaceship, which flies to an Avatar-like world, where they then, are reformed as big figs and make inflatable beds, but then, and only then, do they finally eat those upside-down growing turquoise mushrooms. *Annoying credits song plays, as incredibly boring credits roll, but at the end they have the teaser for the third one!* Teaser: One of the big figs steps out of the incredibly tall grass and says, "But they don't know. The monkeys will be mine" *And, finally it's over*
