Mmmmmm, this is a tough question. Being a proud owner of a complete collection of mixels, there are only a select few mixels I dislike, like Skrubz. I adore the rest of the mixels, and honestly choosing a favorite is hard. If I had to go for one, it'd have to be Jinky, as I love the expressive poses you can put him in, but Camillot, Rokit, and Kamzo are all pretty close runner ups for some reason or another.
Even the one that "banned"? I don't think they sold well in Australia as I haven't seen them in over a year. But I know LEGO had one with an offensive description. Not that I've ever heard said term in Australia.
I would say that Turg is my favourite, purely because he is the most famous. Never bought a Mixel though. He looks kinda cool, as far as weird LEGO monsters go.
