Changes have been made to the system so that PMs can only be sent to staff that are moderators. The easiest way to do this was to make the Design Team not count as "staff," but they are most certainly still staff. The "staff" filter would be better named as "Moderators"

But what if there is a major glitch in the system
As the PMs to Staff only is a built-in Proboards system it is highly unlikely to break. Their in-built settings are very robust
