I usually put oat milk in mine. But I've just discovered I might have a gluten intolerance, which would mean I'll either have to go back to cow's milk like I used to have, or order a gluten-free oat milk (which the shop my family usually uses doesn't stock )
Oof... That's rough. :/ I'm gluten-intolerant, too, but I'm also lactose-intolerant, so I just use macademia milk for my coffee.
I'm fairly certain I am, since taking gluten out of my diet for a week then reintroducing it has had noticeable effects. But I now have to eat it again, as the doctors are hopefully going to test for whether I'm just intolerant or have coeliac disease.
Oof. I'll have to see if I can buy some of that to try.

Oh.. oof. Hopefully whatever test this is, it'll end with good results soon. Going back and forth like that with your diet can be really gross and painful.
