To be honest I don't recall noticing much difference between the two the first few times I watched them.
But comparing them now, the LEGO Ninjago movie does seem to take a more cinematic approach, as well as use more non-lego/realistic backgrounds. I think I do prefer The Lego Movie's style more, though.
Nice, I think both styles fit well with the movies they were in. The LEGO Movie really benefitted from feeling like it was a stop-motion in a world made of bricks, but the more stylized approach of the LEGO Ninjago Movie worked well with the fluidity of the Ninjas movements. Finding Friendships
No yeah you have a point, I hadn't thought of that. It would be interesting to see a Ninjago or LEGO movie in the 2D artwork style, similar to Monkie kid.
BTW I wasn't ready for that nostalgia bomb of a Profile Pic. Finding Friendships
Yeah, honestly the MBs were probably the least traumatic way one could get acquainted with society Uh, ok, no need to call me out.
And everybody was so nice too, you could find friends everywhere if you tried. No need, just wanted to. Just raising realistic expectations. Finding Friendships
For reaaaallll, it was absolutely delightful. I was posting the cringiest fanfics and I still manages to make friends there At least you're raising realistic expectations instead of a kid. oH WAIT-
No, that's pretty similar to what it's like here. We've had a few friend group split-ups due to couples coming and going. Each new blossoming romance casts a shadow of doom over every unsuspecting friend group.
Going with what I say is always a great idea
Oh precisely, our friend group was in shreds by the end partially due to some break-ups. Freshman year me thought nothing could tear us apart.
The chairs might disagree with that, but you'll never know. Finding Friendships
Duuude, freshman groups make you feel indestructible. The bonds of friendship make you feel like you and your friends could take on the world (only to realize a few months later those bonds were made out of worn-out thread and lint balls).
...you know what. you're right. is a short life lived to the fullest not more fulfilling than a long life lived miserably? how can one truly live if they do not step outside of what is seen as acceptable in society in search of themselves?
you're right, TheGreatCon. that little armadillo should live in the best way possible. and if he has to do that by playing in traffic, then by golly, let that armadillo play in traffic! You've opened my eyes to the truth! thank you for allowing me to see beyond the restrictive bars of what we call society.
I'll try to pick like a dead-end road in a retirement community to let him play in, it'll increase his chances of enjoying what he loves longer. Finding Friendships
We love to see it Btw I found out recently that they added armadillos to Minecraft. That's been one of the few things recently that actually made me feel a little old.
This reminds me of that one episode of Ninjago where Zane finds out he's a robot and has a funny switch and that's why his friends find him so weird.
I'm starting to think I should watch Ninjago, Zane seems so relatable.
Whenever I meet someone new who happens to vaguely remember Ninjago, they always mention Zane and that episode. ALWAYS. It's happened several times now. It's kinda cool to see how iconic he's become in the sorta-mainstream public eye.
YESSS I LOVE IT SO MUCH!! Legitimately it is the only genre that keeps me looking for new books to read That's awesome!! That's a great goal to have, I hope you make it! (^w^) I've been reading one of Brandon Sanderson's series for the first time after a friend recommended it to me, and I totally see the hype now. I caught myself reading my book for hours within one sitting, which I haven't done since I was like.., eighteen or nineteen years old.
Thank you! I’ve been super busy lately and not read as much but I’m still on track (for now)
Ive heard Brandon Sanderson is so good but I have a thing about men writing fantasy because I never seem to like what they write. But maybe he’s different?
Honestly fair. Idk if this sounds like what you're trying to avoid, but so far this author does write women characters like individuals with their own thoughts and feelings, and they aren't just there to be love interests/goals. He does a really good job of creating what feels like an entirely different culture, in a way that feels realistic but not overdone/boring/pessimistic, if that makes sense. It's really engaging.
That's wonderful, glad to hear it! I'd say to give her a congrats from me, but that might sound a little strange.
Chad behavior
That's so cool! How long were you in Scotland? What kind of things did you see and explore? I'd like to go to Ireland someday, though admittedly I don't know much about it. Cool, good luck on that! (^,^)
Well, Rome is arriving in the country next week to stay with me, which I'm extremely excited about. We'll be attending my college roommate's wedding together, and I'm one of the bridesmaids. I've never been to a wedding or been a bridesmaid, so I'm a little nervous about it.
Yeah, idk how I'd explain the MBs to her at this point.
A week. A couple of castles, a fishing museum, and some walking around and between little villages on the coast. That just means you'll have more to see and take in if you do ever go.
Oh, cool! Is anybody not going to weddings?? First time for everything, I'm sure it will be a great experience for you.
Ignorance is bliss.
That sounds very lovely. I love visiting castles, especially when they've been virtually unchanged since their glory days. True, that'll just make it more of an adventure.
Update: it was a slightly traumatic experience It was wonderful to see my roommate look so happy and make her wedding vows, but to make a very, very long story short, the wedding preparations were extremely disorganized and chaotic, and it made for a very exhausting and painful weekend. I lost track of how many times I apologized to my boyfriend for dragging him along, poor thing. He was very sweet about it, though.

One of the more humourous interactions in academics. I had a fruitful, but unplanned conversation on the topic of framing Batman as a poster-child of Modernism in Literature.
Keeping it brief, it all began with the topic of isolationism and a mere jest on my part directed to the existence of the Bat Family...particularly Jason Todd and the topic of Batman doing what is right reluctantly versus cherished ideals. So, I guess my earlier comic book reading did help out in the end.
Now the world knows more about Cassandra Cain. I have achieved purpose.

I feel like Ninjago could adapt, the LEGO Movie not so much. I honestly forgot that show even existed, is it any good?
Recreating my old avvie felt good. Finding Friendships

I still have no idea how I turned into a avvie trendsetter back then. Also, I read your fanfic and it was far from cringe and still represents the bulk of my knowledge of Ninjago One's more important than the other. Finding Friendships
