OK, first of all: I'm so sorry this took so long for me to read. I can explain: life.
Second of all: HOLY. BRICK. WHAT IN THE WORLD--? THIS IS SO GOOD!!!
How in the world does this not have more attention here?! I know Con already said the majority of what I'm about to say, but -- good sir, brick it, this is good! I am simply astounded at the pure intricacy and detail of the entire story! This carefully-built world could give Tolkien a run for his money, many of the characters are diverse and fascinating, and the way the plot-line flows is simply exquisite! This should be a novel. You'd think something like this would be flying off the fantasy shelves in bookstores and libraries.
Just. . . wow, RuleJJ. I can't imagine the amount of time, thought, and effort that went into building and putting this story together. It's pretty incredible. Just. . . well done. Well done.
Also, Alkkuto and Doli cracked me up. They were my favorites. :3
And I got a little choked up when Zargan smashed and at the whole ending. >.<

And I totally ship SkragXTerra
Thank you so much! That means a lot. This story was the culmination of a lot of work by me, and by others. A lot of it (parts 3-8, at least) is me drawing together and synthesizing ideas and characters created by others, and injecting the missing pieces.
The reason no one has seen this is because it's on the Castle forum, which used to be locked away in Classics and is still fully inactive besides this topic. And the subject might be a little niche, depending on how you look at it.
What living characters would you most like to see in the sequel? Odds are, if they're still alive, they will make an appearance, but I want to make sure I include everybody's favorites.
And do you want to get a character into the sequel (or the sequel to the sequel)? If you write up a profile or two for me, I will get them in.
If I ever turn this into a real book, by the way, it would be based mostly on Part Nine, where Skrag is trying to hunt down someone who is smashing all of his friends. The rest of the parts would be included through flashbacks throughout the book.

You're welcome! Ahh, I think I remember -- from an RP, right? That just makes it even more impressive, how you conjured this elaborate plot-line from a game a bunch of users played together.
That makes sense. A shame it's not more active. I think more users ought to see this story.
Ooh. . . Alkkuto and Doli for sure, they've grown on me. And Terra and Hithrol.
Oh, thank you, that'd be fun. . . maybe I could offer my Azril Leifson RP character?
That makes sense, in a way. A lot of books work well like that.

Yes, most of the original pieces came from the Kingdoms RP. Most of the characters are either from that, or from other places on the LMBs.
Alkkuto and Doli were smashed by Morath and the Shadows, respectively. Terra and Hithrol are definitely there.
He can definitely be in the sequel to the sequel. I was planning on putting a ton of Castle RP characters in that, anyway.

Oh, right, brick. Coolio.
Nice. I'll be looking forward to your follow-up stories!
