~Prologue~
It was dark and thight stars were shining bight. In a small cabin abourd a a large, red, flying ship, was jay walker, the master of lightning, turning in his sleep. There was no sound except the heavy rise and fall of someone breathing as they slept... Slowly a dark, pitch black shadow appeard over the deck of the ship, It seemed to twist and bend the moonlight around it as if it was not there at all. Slowly the shadow took shape and two peircing red eyes appeard in what ressembled a head. It began floating down the deck, leaving trails of black mist wherever it went, the moonlight was twisted into strange shapes as it touched the black mist and was sucked up into the darkness. It approached the cabins, but instead of opening the doors by hand or floating through them, they simply flung open as he approached them and closed as he passed through. Jay was twisting and turning in his sleep now and made a loud moaning noise, It stopped moving. Mist began to seep through jays door and was filling the room with black mist, blotting out all light that entered through the window. Black mist gathered around jay soon he was no longer visible from any veiwers… It made its way to the side of his bed, and to black knives appeard out of the mist, It poised to strike and... Suddenly Jay woke up, hitting his head on the ceiling above. "Ow" thought jay, then he remembered his dream. He cringed at the thought of it. He soon went back to sleep having decided not to tell anyone about it...

(Of course it's easier to split stories into paragraphs when there's more detailed descriptions )
For once there was peace in Ninjago. There were no wars, no arguments, just happiness. War seemed unimaginable. But on a small village on the east coast of Ninjago, surrounded by the Cracked Peak mountain range, was the village Farthingtown, there was deep unrest. It was not an attack, or an argument. It was dreams. Every night every single person had the same dream.
The sky was cloudy, and there was little moonlight. The streets were dark and empty, there was no sound, nothing to be seen. This was normal, until it came. It came sailing down the streets, seeming to tear the shadows out of their places, leaving black mist wherever it went. It reached the town center and stopped. Black mist began to pour out of its body, soon covering the entire town. The mist began to seep under the doorways and into poeople rooms filling everywhere with mist. Then it spoke. "Obey. Listen. Give in. Obey. Listen. Give in.
New Ninjago City: Zane woke first, so he decided to cook breakfast. Pancakes? No, he made them yesterday. Porridge? No, just... no. Bacon? YES. Before long jay woke up too, asking what was for breakfast. Soon Zane served Jay his breakfast, but before Zane could say anything, Jay had crammed an entire peice of bacon in his mouth, burning his tongue. "OW!" he shouted removing the bacon. "You could have told me it was hot!" he complained, waking up the others. "I tried to tell you but you ate it before I could say anything." said zane. "Mmmm something smells good, whats for breakfast?" asked Cole as he came in. "Bacon by the smell of it." said Kia behind him. "Now be careful its VERY hot." said Zane as he gave them their portion. Jay, having finished his, asked for more, to which Zane said to wait until Lloyd came in. Sure enough Lloyd came in looking tired. "Sorry guys" he said. "Did you save m anything?" "We sure did." said Zane, handing him a plate. Cont. in next ppost.>>>
<<<"NOW can I have some more?" asked Jay. Cole looked up with his mouth full and an excessivly piled plate ful of bacon. "Oops" he said cheekily. "Hey!" protested Jay. "Why does he get more and not me?", "Nah I'm just kidding you" said cole as he threw Jay a few peices of bacon. "Thanks" said Jay, already munching of his second peice. They sat there for a while eating their breakfast until Kia said "Hey, where'd Zane go?" Zane was nowhere to be seen.
