I chatted on LMBE, went to the mall and looked at LEGO sets but didn't get anything, got pizza, salad, and sandwich for lunch and Japanese food for dinner, then just watched YouTube the rest of the day. Not too much of a celebration, but hearing everyone's birthday messages on LMBE really made my day.
{JAMMERS! -RomeNZ- ONLY!} Yeah, no problem! I totally understand. Things happen and plans change when we least expect it as well as the busy lives we have. I hope everything goes well!
:3 Nice! Well, the food sounds celebration enough to me. I'm glad you had a good one.
Depends on the task. Last year my team and I made a ping pong ball shooting robot that follows lines on the floor and avoids obstacles and shoots an opponent, and this year my team made a LEGO sorting robot that sorts LEGO bricks by color.

Cool! The LEGO sorter, that'll be handy to have.
It would've been really great to actually get to work properly too. We kind of had it working, but it fell apart toward the end.

Oh, that sad, all that hard work. you probably would have gotten it to work.
It technically did work and it sorted out LEGO pieces by color, but it also depends on the lighting of where it was, as well as the frequent jamming when bricks got stuck inside. It worked, but not effectively.

So it just had a few little kinks. well I hope you're next project stays together.

Quite a few kinks. We didn't really solve them even though we tried a few different solutions. Thanks. I hope so too.
